Our Pool House - Swim Rain or Shine

Welcome to your ultimate family getaway! Designed with family gatherings in mind, this sprawling 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home features a rare architectural layout: a stunning indoor pool sitting directly in the center of the house. With large windows looking into the pool atrium from almost every room, creating a serene setting throughout the house.

• Primary Bedroom: King Bed with en-suite bathroom
• Bedroom 2: King Bed with Jack and Jill bathroom to bedroom 3.
• Bedroom 3: Two Queen Beds + twin (perfect for siblings or cousins to share)
• Game Room: Two full sized futons + full entertainment setup with 75" Fire TV
• Private Office: Trundle Bed (opens into two separate twinXL) + workspace
The kitchen has the basic tools for cooking, pots/pans/utensils, etc. There is a toaster, toaster oven, Reverse Osmosis water for drinking, a Keurig dual machine for both coffee pods and drip coffee. We are working to add more to entice the best of cooks. There is a BBQ grill and pool table as well.

Thanksgiving stay

Beautiful Vacation Home

Our family and friends stayed here during a hunting trip and it was perfect! Sparkling clean, 70’s style house wrapped around a pool and plenty of room, it was perfect! Very comfortable beds and quiet neighborhood. The host was great, I highly recommend!

The House with Everything

This home is one of the most well appointed properties we have ever had the joy of using. From an abundance of swimming pool towels to a fully stocked kitchen, we lacked for nothing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

This is by far the most amazing home we have ever stayed at. The amenities were incredible. We sure had a blast and this took all the last minutes stresses of wedding weekend away at our home away from home!!

Amazing Stay! Our host is very thoughtful and we drove over 7 hours to surprise our son, who attends Texas Tech for his birthday. We didn’t have to think about a thing. Nancy & Scott's property was very clean & organized. This wete quick to respond to any questions I had & left tons of info to ssist us on our stay along with a nice bundle of snacks! My wife, daughter, & I loved the indoor pool. Especially having the pool lights on at night was such a treat!

So Relaxing!

The property was just as described! There was plenty of space for the 9 family members that stayed here and plenty to keep everyone (ages 14-80) entertained. Of course, the pool was the highlight! We also enjoyed the billiards table, games from the game room, and ample space to spread out and talk or read. Such a cozy, homey feel. Thank you for a great stay!

This house is amazing! It has everything you need and things you didn’t know you needed! There was plenty of room for everyone and we enjoyed the pool so much.We appreciated the suggestions of where to eat as well. The Tikka Shack was yummy! Family getaway

It was as expected! The layout was perfect! Many rooms to gather. Alexa to play music. Spacious kitchen. The pool table and the pool was the best! Didn’t have to leave- my kids were happy to just stay there and hangout!

TT Graduation

The house was room and very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed along with special touches like snacks, teas and coffees to make us feel welcome. It was a short drive to the campus for the graduation which made it easy for us to get from one place to the other. We appreciate the hospitality and would recommend your property wholeheartedly.

Quick trip to Lubbock

Made a quick trip to Lubbock and wanted a different experience. This property was definitely worth the stay. Unique property with pool, quiet neighborhood and close distance to everything you could possibly need. Every ask was accommodated. Owners have gone above and beyond supplying the property with welcoming snacks, games, to toiletries. Don’t hesitate in booking this property make memories.

AMAZING HOUSE!!!

Arrived and walked into the house and was blown away... Spacious layout, end of cul-de-sac road, excellent bedroom choice AND the POOL!!! The kids fell in love with the pool and the adults! When in Lubbock, we will try every time for this location! Excellent communication from owners and plenty of offerings in the house and close to shopping for Walmart, Krispy Kreme and other stores.

This is a great house!! My family stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday and couldn't have been more pleased. What fun to swim in our own indoor pool in Lubbock in November! The pool table was also a big hit. It's obvious that a lot of thought has gone into making this not only an entertaining place to spend a Lubbock vacation, but also a very comfortable one. For example the bedding, including the pillows and comfy throws were top quality. The kitchen had everything that you could possible need. We have stayed at numerous rental houses through the years, but this one takes the prize for the best-equipped ever! Thanks--we hope to stay again on another Lubbock trip!!

We felt at home

This was one of the most beautiful VRBO that we have stayed out. We stayed with our family and friends. We have not seen in 12 years. It was large enough to where we felt. We had our own space, but also cozy enough to feel like we were at home or at our friends house. It had everything he would need if you were staying at a friends house or at your own home. The beds were extremely comfortable having the pool was amazing for the older kids. The kitchen was perfect and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

Good place for families who need entertainment inside!

Overall there was plenty of space for us to be. The master room and other queen room had super comfy beds. The pool was the highlight of the trip because it was close to one million degrees outside so my nephews and us spent most of our time in the pool (not actually, 100 average), but that meant the air conditioners struggled to keep up with the heat. Like the owners said, they are working to make the kitchen more cook friendly... so we did some heat up meals and basic cooking, but most of the cooking essentials you need are there!

Labor Day stsy

All was good at the home Did gsve plumbing problems but after rearrange We made it fine. Fsmily enjoyed the inside pool and the gsme room was great fir kids to get away from older adults. Might consider a pool table or other games for older kids to be placed in garage cleanliness of house (stove not clean)was not 5 star but sanitized snd ok. Overall good property th enjoy

This indoor pool house was absolutely EPIC! The kids had a blast with all the pool floats, and the game room was full of games and interactive activities that kept everyone entertained. We stayed here with family for Labor Day weekend, used the grill, enjoyed the pool, and made so many unforgettable memories together. The beds were comfortable, the home had everything we needed, and our entire family was more than satisfied with our stay. It was definitely worth every penny!
