We thoroughly enjoyed the house. It was the perfect size and layout for dinner with family for the holiday. Great quiet neighborhood, easy access, all the conveniences you need in a comfy, cozy, home with bonus entertainment (pool table) thrown in!
This house was an amazing place for me and family. Very kid friendly. The layout of the house is great and the owner was so great to with. I highly recommend this lovely very comfortable home.
Large home that met the needs of our 10. Our 14 and 20 year old's had to sleep on bunk beds. One large upstairs room was not suitable to consider a bedroom. It was a kids play room. Our young, married couple stayed in a room lined with stuffed animals. They thought it was a little creepy. There was no welcome basket? Do I need that? No but most Verbo have them. The largest problem were the bed linens. Not sure what they had been washed in, but all of us had issues with them. Perhaps some new ones. Some had pilling. The kids did enjoy the billiard room. For a two night stay, it was OK. Good location.

The Good:This property was expensive, but a great size & looked beautiful in photos. We planned a family dinner, so I had questions about the grill & outdoor area. Jordan, the owner/contact, was responsive. The Bad:When we arrived, we noticed a strange odor throughout the house. I’m not sure what it was, but there were numerous candles placed downstairs, which made me think the owner was aware. Although the home photographed well, it felt quite tired in person. The bedroom carpets appeared very old and possibly dirty. The bed in the primary bedroom was extremely concave and uncomfortable—we noticed it immediately. Because of this, we only stayed two nights instead of the three we paid for. The primary bathroom faucet was heavily coated with calcification, looked dirty. When I filled the tub, debris floated in the water. I drained it and tried again with the same result, likely coming from the jets although I didn't use them. The refrigerator leaked water underneath it, so did the mini fridge in the game room, there was a congealed glass of wine stuck to a nightstand in a downstairs bedroom. The outdoor area and grill were covered in leaves and dirt, requiring a lot of sweeping and wiping down before use. While grilling and playing cornhole, the sprinklers unexpectedly turned on, then there was mud. You enter via lockbox on garage but no lights in garage or on exterior of the garage. Property has potential but needs maintenance to match its price
