Overall stay was comfortable with nice amenities. Very spacious, Washer and dryer was a major plus. Could pay attention to little more cleanliness such as, air vents could use dusting also sheets having a few stains. Would stay here again. Nice homey vibe

It will work in a pinch like it did for us when all the hotels were sold out for graduation, but the house is very old and the renovation is not recent as advertised. The air conditioning worked great, the wifi was strong and reliable, and the beds were comfy. Strategically placed extension cords would be helpful for phone charging as the outlets were behind the bed headboard. There were only 3 towels for a stay booked for 6 people and we didn't hear back from the host about getting more until the next day after we had already gone and bought our own towels.

The house was lovely — clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It was close to the university which was our main goal. However (and this is not any fault of the host) the neighbors have several dogs who bark throughout the night. I know the host cannot control this which is why I still gave 5 stars.

This place is perfect for a stay when visiting Lubbock. Super close to Tech. The house is in. A quiet neighborhood and the inside is just perfect. We especially loved the back room right off the kitchen. It was cozy and led to a fun family time. Would definitely stay here again!!
