The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Leave front of house eve lights switch (left of front door inside) on at all times. Photo cell lights come on at dusk and shut off at dawn -Backyard lights are controlled by switches in kitchen.
-Please take full kitchen garbage bags to outside cans during your stay. -If your stay includes a a Monday or Thursday, please put trash cans out to the street for Tuesday and Friday pick up.
-Please don't allow pets on furniture without a towel or sheet covering and please police the yard for #2 to the outside garbage prior to checking out. Thank you in advance and enjoy your stay!

The large open living area was amazing. We had family get togethers all week, and it was perfect for visting and room for the kids to play. Plenty of room in the big kitchen for cooking together, too.

I am super picky when it comes to vrbos and have stayed in many. It’s hard for most people to feel comfortable when out of their homes, making a vrbo owner have a tall order when it comes to guests. This one, hands down, was one of the top ones we have stayed in. It actually was clean, which I have found to be very hard to find. The owners also had personal touches such as the extra toiletries on the bathroom counters and plenty of linens. The rooms were well thought out with side tables with built in night lights if needed. I also appreciated plenty of toilet paper and paper towels if needed, even though we didn’t use much while there. I would recommend this property and will be using it again. It really was a gem.

It was a really great and cute house with super comfy beds. I really enjoyed the kitchen and we stayed in the master suite and the shower had amazing water pressure and our dogs loved the cute backyard.
