Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Leave front of house eve lights switch (left of front door inside) on at all times. Photo cell lights come on at dusk and shut off at dawn -Backyard lights are controlled by switches in kitchen.
-Please take full kitchen garbage bags to outside cans during your stay. -If your stay includes a a Monday or Thursday, please put trash cans out to the street for Tuesday and Friday pick up.
-Please don't allow pets on furniture without a towel or sheet covering and please police the yard for #2 to the outside garbage prior to checking out. Thank you in advance and enjoy your stay!

Everything with the house was very good. My only complaint is the grass was over grown and the patio area and chairs were dirty so we weren't able to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful evenings.

We are adamant in providing a tidy, 5-star, well maintained yard for our guests. We apologize for the condition of the back yard during your stay we are on a strict two week lawn Care schedule that was delayed due to thunderstorms prior to your arrival. Secondly our lawn care company keeps the patio furniture rinsed off as well. We do provide a water hose for guests to utilize as well because the dust in Lubbock is a constant issue. Regretfully the timing of your stay following a weather event delay of maintenance is the cause of this incident. Thank you again for your reservation, your review and hopefully you will come back to visit us again and enjoy the backyard and patio under normal conditions. Luke and Jessica Miller

Wow! Look no further if you want a clean and well appointed place to relax. Host thinks of everything and leaves extra supplies in the garage so you’re not scrambling for trash bags or toilet paper or extra shampoo. We have stayed at a lot of places in Lubbock over the last four years while our son was at Texas Tech. No hotels or VRBO’s compare to this great find.

The large open living area was amazing. We had family get togethers all week, and it was perfect for visting and room for the kids to play. Plenty of room in the big kitchen for cooking together, too.
