Sleeps 5. Perfect for a family trip to a wedding, graduation, college game, or special event. Two bedrooms, each with a queen, offer privacy and the couch folds down into a spare bed. Two full baths allow your whole crew to get ready without waiting in line for the shower. High-speed Internet and cable TV provide lots of entertainment while you're in the house. Master bedroom has private bathroom and walk-in closet. The Townhouse was a Perfect Stay

The townhouse is located in a perfect location and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe. The place is clean, organized and nicely furnished. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Lubbock.

Graduation Weekend Bargain

We booked well in advance for graduation weekend at a fair price, not inflated for graduation. The property is very clean and conveniently located to everywhere we needed to go. Hosts were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We would stay here again.

Perfect Spot!

This was the perfect spot for our weekend stay to visit our Red Raiders. Close to the University, restaurants, Starbucks and more. Communication was great and home was cute and clean. We will be back!

Great Football Weekend Stay

Location is close to Milwaukee Rd with lots of entertainment, dining, and shopping options. Was in town for Tech football game and location is close enough to campus making drive convenient. Townhouse was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Welcome email with weather info and bag of goodies was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again.

We were very happy with our recent stay. Upon arrival we had some concerns but upon entering the home that all went away. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was in a great location close to campus and all the surrounding area. If we come to Lubbock again would book every time.

Great Experience + Perfect Townhome Rental

This townhome was perfect for my quick trip through Lubbock to visit relatives. The property has easy access to major highways, a Costco right across the street, and the interior of the townhome was clean, nicely decorated and furnished with all the essentials needed during my stay. Easy check in and the property owner reiterated several times that they were only a phone call away for any needs or anything that might have come up relative to our rental. Great experience and would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Tracy and Lisa’s property during family weekend. Tracy was communicative and accommodating from start to finish. Early in our visit, one of our children experienced a medical emergency that required hospitalization. Tracy’s compassion and flexibility meant so much to us—he offered to extend our stay by an extra day at no additional cost. We’re deeply grateful for the display of kindness and understanding. Moving family member to town

The property was great for our stay to help move our daughter to town for Grad. School. Great price compared to local hotels to have our own space to relax. Host was helpful giving ideas for local store and restaurants! Will stay again forsure.

Worked great

Driving up, I had concerns. Walking in, they disappeared. The townhouse was very nice. Furnishings were nice and comfortable. It was clean. They had several books for reading, games and stuff for entertaining kids. We were five minutes from many restaurants and shopping. We could reach basically anywhere in Waco in less than 20 minutes. I would recommend
