This location is perfect as it sits 2 minutes away from the highway that gets you anywhere in Lubbock quickly, the South Loop 289. You're within 5 minutes of a Walmart, a Walgreens 24-hr pharmacy, and the South Plains mall with plenty of restaurants within easy reach. Texas Tech University is only 7 minutes away!

As for the property itself, inside you will be welcomed into a stunning living room with a fireplace. Working from a computer? This house is equipped with Wi-Fi and a workspace for answering those late night emails! The living room and both bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs that you can watch YouTube Tv on while you lay your head down at night and drift into a peaceful sleep. The fully functional kitchen comes loaded with all the essentials that you would need for a quick breakfast on the go or even to host a small get together with friends!
