The house is a very comfortable and spacious 1,172 square foot three-bedroom, two-bathroom home with vinyl plank floors in all areas of the home.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with newer appliances, a microwave, and a drip coffee maker stocked with coffee. Various teas, sugar, spices, and powdered creamer are also provided when available.

AMENITIES: Bedding, linens, towels, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and other minor essentials are provided in limited quantities, tailored to the length of your stay and number of guests.

PARKING: Available in the driveway or on the street.

WASHER/DRYER: Available for your use with detergent provided in limited quantities, tailored to the length of your stay and number of guests.

WIFI: Fast and free for your convenience.

TVs: Smart TVs with access to popular streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney+, and more. Note: Viewing may require logging in with your own account information.

We had a comfortable one night stay at this property. The house was as described; nothing fancy, but had the necessities. The living room/kitchen were smaller than expected, but that wasn't a big deal for us.

This is a budget house, but it has everything you need. From laundry, to good wifi. It's an easy drive to Texas tech university. And walking distance to some good restaurants

We arrived and discovered there was no water at the house. I reached out to the owner and was told there was nothing he could do. See his response and the pictures. Therefore, we were out the expense of two hotel rooms for the night.We are the owners of a nightly rental and would never, ever think about leaving our Guests in a situation like this.

If you are comfortable with a motel over a hotel, you’ll be okay… -Air conditioning works -Terribly uncomfortable beds and flat lumpy pillows -No electric outlets in the bathrooms for hair products, very few in house overall -Only given half a roll of paper towels so bring your own -Couch covering itchy-Lighting not great - lightbulbs dead or missing-Broken finishings - tile on kitchen island, closet door off the hinges -Roach found in our shoes overnight -Ice maker didn’t work - bought our own ice-There’s a coffee pot, but no coffee grounds-One house away from gas station - not the safest feeling -Overall clean I understand it is listed as a budget-friendly, basic property, but this was as basic as I’ve ever seen.
