Lovely Home. Perfect base of operations for our multi-generational family event. A spacious and updated area for the pre-event Glam squad, and the perfect hang out spot for post event relaxing.

The house was beautiful and spacious and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the wonderful walking trail nearby. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. The communication was fantastic! We look forward to staying again in the future.

Family friendly house and location ♥️

Amazing hosts/owners!!! The communication was second to none and things got taken care of very quickly when asked for. Very spacious home. Loved the layout that accommodated a large family to hangout and have quality time for the week that we were there. Will definitely stay again!

Family wedding weekend

The home was very accommodating for our group for seating to visit, table for meals and games, kitchen facilities to prepare and serve meals, pool to enjoy, plenty of beds and bathrooms. We had a great weekend at the Prickly Pear.

Beautiful home

Clint and Jessica were great hosts and communicators. The house was beautiful and centrally located to a lot of fun restaurants and shops. The rooms were a great size. The owners provided plenty of fun amenities to enjoy and had plenty of towels for the pool and showers. We had such a fun trip here!

Perfect for families

We stayed here when we were in town for a family wedding. It was the perfect place. The common area was big enough for everyone and there were plenty of bathrooms and beds. The pool was perfect for the little kids. Communication with the hosts was spectacular. We couldn't of asked for an easier experience. Highly recommend!

4-Bedroom. 3-Bathroom was in quiet Neighborhood and close to everything in Lubbock. House was in great condition. You can tell owners take great pride in this home. My group of 7 friends from Alaska, Oregon & Arizona were very impressed with this place. 5-Star rating by everyone.

High marks!

The home was spacious and still had a cozy feel. Great for my family celebrating my daughter’s graduation. It was really fun playing Spike ball on front lawn. Too cold to swim, but the hot tub was awesome. Definitely recommend this one!

Niceties galore for the ‘67 Nags!

Renting online was a breeze. Correspondence with Clint and Jessica was so easy. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. The house is in pristine condition. Perfection in all things!

My group of friends travelled in from DC, Los Angeles, Fort Worth, Colorado, and I'm from Austin for a multi-year reunion for our HS reunion. This place was perfect to recuperate between/after activities, and just gather to hang out. Communication with the hosts was excellent, even when it was just a quick, minor question. The house was clean and welcoming. The pool was too cold for us to enjoy this time, we were also really busy, but we would totally rent again! Thank y'all!!

The property description is right on the money! The four bedrooms, with two of them having 2 queen beds each, plus the 3 bathrooms, served our group well. The kitchen is well stocked, and the pool was a big hit as well. We would definitely book again!Monica P.
