The home was very spacious and was very clean. Back yard was perfect for what we needed it for. They could have provided a little more to it, like coffee cups, plates and silverware, because we were so scared of breaking their dishes. Also , it was a little pricey, but other than that it was perfect.

This is the best house for visits to Lubbock and Texas Tech! Close to everything, big living area, well stocked kitchen, clean backyard, spotless house. Lives so large. It’s our favorite VRBO in Lubbock. Trent’s communication is excellent. Thanks so much.

The washer could not be used due to drain issues; the hall bath toilet water ran consistently; the hall bath sink drain was slow. The host was very responsive to the issues: hall bath drain fixed by the plumber; the washer could not be used because of a drain stoppage, but the plumber tried. Not being able to use the washer should have been flagged beforehand, or at least have a sign on the washer, so that we were aware of the issues. I believe these are all issues that should have been noticed by the host, or at least the house cleaners.
