Outdoor grill, fire pit & corn hole are there for all guests to fully enjoy!! Wireless internet is fully provided along with TWO work spaces for your needed office work. This home is only MINUTES from TEXAS TECH, LUBBOCK CHRISTIAN UNIVERSITY, all hospitals, shopping and restaurants. This QUIET neighborhood is well suited to give our guests all the privacy they need, without any of the loud noisy events and parties that are normally associated with may other places. I enjoy journaling, reading, snow skiing, jet skiing, lifting weights, running and competition sports shooting.

This neighborhood is WELL established with tons of fully matured trees, well established neighbors that are perfectly respectful and courteous towards each other. This neighborhood is full of restaurants, retail shopping, medical and only minutes to Texas Tech and Lubbock Christian University.
What makes this property unique
We have privacy curtains throughout the house. Our back patio has a full size hot tub outdoor furniture AND privacy curtains that fully surround the pack patio area. In our grass area we have our fire pit with weather resistant chairs, outdoor grill and plenty of room to set up the corn hole game.
