You are going to love your stay at our new construction 4 bedroom & 2 bathroom home with an open kitchen, living, and dining room at a great location in Lubbock. This home is convenient to Tech, Covenant Hospital, shopping and is centrally located in an upscale family neighborhood. This beautiful home features a luxurious master suite, a spacious king in the 2nd bedroom, & comfortable queens in the 3rd & 4th bedrooms.

This home was decorated by SR Design to provide the perfect amenities so that your stay will be amazing! Each bedroom features clean and comfortable beds with 5 star linens along with a large smart tv.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances as well as all of the necessary kitchenware to serve you and your guest. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are open making for a spacious and comfortable area to relax and entertain.

Each bathroom is stocked with toiletries and feature a West Texas favorite, Tecolote Handmade Soaps.

You will experience the fastest internet available making it easy to stay up to date with work projects or stream your favorite shows. Each TV is equipped with Hulu Live which provides guest with over 100 live cable channels so that you won't miss the big game or your favorite show.

The house was GREAT. The neighborhood was also wonderful. Friendly neighbors and a VERY safe area. Beds and TV were awesome and kitchen had everything we needed. Getting in was a breeze and everything worked wonderful. Would love to repeat our stay in the home.

First of all the host was so nice, letting our yorkie stay as well. And the neighborhood was very nice, we all felt safe!! The house was so clean and big enough for all our family. The rooms were big and the restroom we perfect. I loved the bathtub. I would definitely go back.

We stayed for a long weekend to visit my daughter at Tech. The place was excellent! Owner is super responsive. The home had everything we needed. It felt like home. We were able to cook some home cooked meals for the college kid and hung out at the house most of the day as it was super clean and felt like home. We will definitely be back!! The location was perfect as it was not too far campus and not so close where she didn’t care to see campus when we were there. Thanks for the lovely stay. We will be back for sure!

This is a beautiful, spacious home in nice neighborhood! It was perfect for our daughter and her bridesmaids for her wedding weekend. What a fantastic home to celebrate multiple special occasions all in one weekend! The location was perfect—nestled in a peaceful, newer neighborhood—and the home looked exactly like the photos: clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The property was very nice and clean. All the furnishings seemed really new. The host was extremely responsive. It’s only about a 10 min drive to Texas Tech campus and downtown Lubbock. Strongly recommend.

We were in town over graduation weekend and couldn’t have been more pleased with this property. It was tidy, clean, and beautifully decorated. It honestly felt like a model home. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to prepare several meals. The bedding and linens were of nice quality and very comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and we slept well. We would definitely stay at this house or another StayTrig property again. We were impressed!

We were in town for a basketball tournament and Trent’s place was perfect for us! It’s within 2 miles or less to grocery store, gas, restaurants, etc. The house is decorated lovely and was well stocked with essentials. I really appreciated the great response time when I had a question upon arrival (which was after 8pm). I would highly recommend!

Everything about the stay was flawless. The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. The property was clean, stocked with basic necessities and the location is better than what is in the listing description. Very easy self-check in and out.
