This house was excellent for our family. It was myself, my husband, one of our kids & their spouse, my parents, my daughters mother inlaw, and two toddlers - we all had our own personal space and never felt crowded. At the end of the day, we could all go retire to our rooms & unwind. The house is clean & fully stocked to cook a full meal. Plenty of towels and they even had spare toothbrushes & travel razors in the bathrooms. Definitely a great host!

New home in a new subdivision. Quiet neighborhood with the North Police Station at the entrance to the neighborhood and Fire Station 13 across the street. We found the house to have afequate space for all. It was nice to have a TV and fire pit on the porch. It was convenient to the college and other locations. We had a great stay. Thank you for making this available.

First of all the host was so nice, letting our yorkie stay as well. And the neighborhood was very nice, we all felt safe!! The house was so clean and big enough for all our family. The rooms were big and the restroom we perfect. I loved the bathtub. I would definitely go back.

Wedding Weekend

This is a beautiful, spacious home in nice neighborhood! It was perfect for our daughter and her bridesmaids for her wedding weekend. The host was very quick to respond to messages and was so kind to accommodate our request for an early checkin for wedding festivities! They also made checkout a breeze after a busy weekend. Great home with great hosts!

Great spot for game

The property was very nice and clean. All the furnishings seemed really new. The host was extremely responsive. It’s only about a 10 min drive to Texas Tech campus and downtown Lubbock. Strongly recommend.

We stayed for a long weekend to visit my daughter at Tech. The place was excellent! Owner is super responsive. The home had everything we needed. It felt like home. We were able to cook some home cooked meals for the college kid and hung out at the house most of the day as it was super clean and felt like home. We will definitely be back!! The location was perfect as it was not too far campus and not so close where she didn’t care to see campus when we were there. Thanks for the lovely stay. We will be back for sure!

Perfect location

We were in town for a basketball tournament and Trent’s place was perfect for us! It’s within 2 miles or less to grocery store, gas, restaurants, etc. The house is decorated lovely and was well stocked with essentials. I really appreciated the great response time when I had a question upon arrival (which was after 8pm). I would highly recommend!

Exceeded Expectations!

We were in town over graduation weekend and couldn’t have been more pleased with this property. It was tidy, clean, and beautifully decorated. It honestly felt like a model home. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to prepare several meals. The bedding and linens were of nice quality and very comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and we slept well. We would definitely stay at this house or another StayTrig property again. We were impressed!
