Peaceful Retreat near Texas Tech with Epic Game room!

The best of both worlds with paradise on a 1/2 acre lot less than 4 miles and only 8 minutes to Texas Tech Stadium! This home is set in a park like setting with great location close to bars and restaurants yet far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. Has a see through fireplace from the kitchen to the massive great room with a huge TV. Game room with retro stand up arcade games loaded with 100s of the classics. An old time saloon room for the adults to play cards and enjoy some refreshments! King beds in nearly every room and each bedroom has its own big screen TV. Huge kids/bonus room next to the arcade with its own basketball hoop that will entertain the children for hours. House guests have access (with prior approval and a fee - message for more information) to a club pool, tennis courts and a beautiful 18 hole golf course all located right next door! The club house is within walking distance with a public restaurant and bar.

The Community Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor day each year.

Access to Club pool requires pre-approval and payment of fees as follows:
$10 adult per day
$5 child per day
Access to Club tennis courts requires pre-approval and payment of fees as follows:
$10 adult per day
$5 child per day

This amazing Oasis will sleep 12 with 7 beds

Kids/bonus room - 2 bunk beds, each are twin over double so that equals 4 beds and there is a couch with rollout double bed

The minimum age for responsible renter is 25.

Pets are subject to owner approval and may or may not be approved. If they are approved a pet fee applies. Please inquire with breed, age, and weight of your pet prior to booking. No Cats Allowed.

Rentspree application required for reservations of 28 nights or more and be approved based on the report by the owner.

Absolutely no smoking. Smoking fines start at $500. If you smoke, fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to other guests.

Amazing stay at this peaceful home. When the entire family had to travel in for our local Thanksgiving, this place was as close to "home" as possible! Location was great, close enough to stores and campus but far enough away for it to be quiet. Was able to use the country club pool which the kids loved. The host was very responsive to our questions and even let us check in a little early. Very clean and updated. One of the bedrooms had no windows which made for the perfect sleeping room for our 1.5 year old. Highly recommend.

House was set up well for large families. Overall clean. Bedding cleanliness was lacking and floors are mopped with something that leaves an odd film. Property management is very good and attempted to promptly rectify any issues. The main bedrooms were clean with the only issue being in the bunk room. I would stay there again. I would rate 8.75 put of 10.

Plenty of room for a crowd

We loved our stay in this large, beautifully appointed house. There is room for quite a crowd and lots of privacy in the house. The kitchen is fully appointed with everything you need - even a crockpot. Make sure to look in the laundry room for the pantry for salt and pepper! We almost missed them.

Beautiful home! Lots of space and absolutely immaculate. If you are traveling with kids, huge amazing bunkbed room with a game room attached. From the front yard you are obviously in a neighborhood...from inside you are looking out into a beautiful large backyard with a pasture and countryside beyond the fence. The way this house is situated on this lot and the view it no longer appears that you are in a neighborhood! Extremely relaxing! Everything you could possibly need in this house. This was our second time to stay here. So welcoming, we walked in and instantly felt like we were back at our home away from home! The owner is quickly very responsive to any needs and truly wants your stay to be everything that you expect it to be! Thank you Shevy and John!
