Take out trash and recycling to the trash cans in the alley OR rock parking lot. Do not leave bags outside of the cans as this will attract animals.
Round up ALL USED wash cloths, hand towels and body towels then START THEM IN THE LAUNDRY MACHINE with 1 detergent pod.
Remove USED bedding and pile in laundry room. Dont remove bedskirt or unused bedding. Place all used dishes in the dishwasher add pod and START.

Wedding weekend

The groom, groomsmen, grandma of the groom and parents of the groom stayed in your spacious vacation home for a wedding in Bellefountaine. The location and space worked beautifully!

Stress free holiday gathering location

We have struggled with a location to host dinner for about 20 since passing of grandparents. Thankful to have found a place big enough for our overnight guests that allowed our day guests to visit without stress of "sleeps" limits. We had plenty of room to set up folding tables inside for both dinner and games. Looking forward to next year

Family vacation

Nice place, very clean. Sone updates are needed, new pots and pans, the deck. But overall it's a nice place with alot of space. Neighbors are nice except 1. They don't like renters and said things multiple times to us even though she said we were being respectful. Made it uncomfortable for the kids to be outside. That being said, we would stay again

Family Indian Lake Vacation

We had a great time at Indian Lake with toddler's to 65+ for our 5 night stay. The views from the deck off the upper level were beautiful. Also a wonderful place to have morning coffee and sit through out the day! The location of this property is great, only a few minutes in the no wake zone until you are on the lake to enjoy boating, tubing, skiing and the sand bar area. The fire pit was very nice to have and enjoyed by kids and adults. The house space and bedrooms accommodated our group of 14 with no problems. It was great family time!!

Heavenly lake getaway

The property was just like reported. We had plenty of room to accommodate us all. Wish we had a few more baking pans such as baking dish or cake pan. There were nice cookware and a very nice grill We loved to deck and the table area below the deck. Spent lots of time outside. We will be back next year for sure!

Amazing getaway at the Lake!

We were looking for a last minute stay at Indian Lake and saw this property come up in its inaugural listing. We jumped on it right away and were not disappointed! The house was easily accessible and clean, and was stocked with the basic essentials that you need to enjoy your stay. Its well located on the lake with storage for a boat, and we rented one for the weekend from one of the many rental places that you can choose. The house is spacious with great lake views - we ate every meal on the porch outside! We had an amazing time and will be rebooking again!

Seniors partying.

The bathrooms were hard for seniors to climb in and out of. The bathroom in the basement needs a total overhaul. You need pillowcases, most of us had to sleep on the shams . We could have used another towel per person. The boat house couldn’t be used and we had to tie up to the neighbors dock. Nice view of the lake from the balcony.

No Time Like Lake Time!

We had so many memorable times in this beautiful lakeview property and spacious home. The bedrooms and living spaces met all of our needs. We were in the house more than anticipated because of daily thunder storms, but had lots to do. Cooking for a group of 9 was challenging with the kitchen amenities provided (i.e. pans/cooking sheets are spent and need replacing, no kitchen scissors, BBQ brush had no bristles, only 1 sponge with a scrubber provided which was used to clean the BBQ grates, only 3 steak knives – need a set of 8 for a house this size, paper towels not provided). The basement bathroom toilet wobbles, but still works. The backyard dock area was stinky b/c of a few dead fish, but the rest of the yard was comfortable and big enough for our group. Working with John was great. He was very responsive, especially when the power went out at midnight Saturday, Ohio time! Check-in/out instructions were easy to follow. Overall we had great family time!

We had so much fun. Its a little tight at the dock so only 4 could fish at one time. The boat lift doesn't work and with no ladder makes it hard for swimming. The house is beautiful and our host was great. No fuss with check in. Neighbors were very kind to us. You cannot park at the dead end or you will get towed. The Neighbors informed us. The parking at the house would accommodate 5 cars. One maybe 2 on the side. We made family memories here that are priceless. We would rent this house again.

We enjoyed our stay, the house was plenty big enough for our group of people, there were a few things that were less than par, but they were not major, they can be easily taken care of. We would stay there again. John if you email me I can tell you the things that can be fixed.
