Details:
This space features luxurious & comfortable accommodations with a large fenced-in yard. What really differentiates this listing from similar ones is the focus on comfort and home-like accommodations. I stay in my homes before renting them to ensure everything is just right. Beds, bedding, towels, TVs, all the little things that make a difference in your stay are all high-quality. This can sometimes be skipped to cut costs. My goal was to create a space near downtown Tampa to relax in modern luxury similar to a five-star hotel.
There is a large fenced-in backyard as seen in the pictures. It also has views of the Hillsborough River. My dog frequents the backyard as well and she is very friendly.
This is a duplex-type home with a neighboring guest property and I currently live on the other side. I am close by, so I can provide priority assistance if you need anything during your stay and am always available for any issues, big or small. The only shared areas accessible to both sides are the yard and laundry room. There is a large amount of sound isolation between the two units so there should not be any issues with noise from the neighboring home during your stay. For laundry access, the other unit has to enter through the laundry room access on the back of the unit. All of this is locked and secured for your privacy during your stay while still leaving you the convenience of an attached area to do laundry without going outside or leaving the home.
While the neighborhood and street are extremely safe and quiet, the surrounding area is still developing, as is most of Tampa. You will love this small Cuban neighborhood once you get to know it and how to navigate to all of the local shops and eateries that give it so much of it’s culture.
Guest access:
Lots of parking. The U-shaped driveway can accommodate 4 cars easily and there is street parking. Check out the Old West Tampa neighborhood guide for more information on cool areas to go and eat; including things within walking distance.
