The cozy 47m² large apartment Sunshine in a quiet location in the seaside resort Ahlbeck can accommodate 2 people. From the light-filled living and sleeping area to get to the flavorful cuisine. This offers a dining area and a fully equipped including dishwasher, oven and fridge / freezer. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower. Situated at the entrance area is adjacent to the terrace, where you can end your busy day with a lot of evening sun.

Diese Ferienwohnung ist sauber und sehr günstig gelegen. Einkauf und Strand sind schnell Erreichbar. Der Garten wird von Herrn Böhme liebevoll bepflanzt und gepflegt. Die Fewo liegt ruhig, eingezäunt und 5 Minuten von der Seebrücke entfernt. Parkplätze sind begrenzt vorm Haus oder extra dafür auf einen eingezäunten Platz vorhanden. ( 300 m ) Die Unterkunft ist einfach und günstig. Man kann grillen oder chillen an der Terrasse in Südseite. Was hat uns gestört: wackliges Internet, billiger Wasserkocher, undichte Tür, dadurch Krappelviehzeug. Das nur eine kleine Fenster zum kippen. Andere Sachen sind Reparaturbedürftig. In der Dusche keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeit und keine Haltegriffe. Das sind Verbesserungs-Vorschläge. Ansonsten, alles gut.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser Fewo. Die Lage ist super, da sie nicht zu weit vom Meer weg ist aber auch zu Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gelangt man schnell. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und wurde uns in einem sehr sauberen Zustand überlassen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Parken ist auf der Straße problemlos möglich. Ein paar Erneuerungen wären aber ganz gut, z.b. Rollos und Nachttischlampen, Toaster und Schneidebrett usw. Mit ein paar gewissen Kleinigkeiten könnte der Eigentümer die Wohnung leicht wieder aufhübschen. Sonst gibt es nix zu meckern ;-) Vielen Dank und LG

Die Ferienwohnung ist hübsch, gut ausgestattet und für 2 Personen ideal. Prohome ist sehr bemüht. Deshalb kommen wir gerne wieder. In den letzten Urlaubstagen wurde Ahlbeck von Schnaken heimgesucht. Vielleicht müsste sich der Touristenverband darüber Gedanken machen, ob und wie man das in den Griff bekommt.

Wohmbereich

im Wohnzimmer wie auch im Schlafzimmer waren nur einfache Rollos vorhanden die das komplette licht durchliessen. Daher war es in der nacht nicht komplett dunkel und bei Sonnenaufgang total hell. Daher war an gesunden durchgehenden schlaf nicht zu denken.

Der Urlaub ware insgesamt gut. Die Wohnung entsprach den Darstellungen im Internet. Für 2 Personen war sie ausreichend und zweckmäßig. Die Lage war ideal. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
