This is a corner house with beautiful green spaces. The stay is modern, cozy, very clean, and tranquil, close to everything. The house is located close to Aventura Mall, Tidal Cove Waterpark, Gulfstream Park, Hard Rock Stadium, Sunny Isles Beach, Bal Harbour Shops, Oleta National Park, North Miami Beach Synagogues, restaurants, shopping centers, banks, post offices. The neighborhood is a very quiet, safe and family-friendly. Nearby is a beautiful canal which is perfect for walking, jogging, and any other exercise you can think of! You can meet iguanas, ducks, and birds along the water.

Our place is just perfect for what you need, in which you are going to feel welcome.
