Large holiday home in idyllic forest location with garden and 13 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, living room, large dining room and an open kitchen.

The house is within easy reach of the A38 between Nordhausen and Göttingen. The state capital of Hanover is only about an hour's drive away. On many trails you can reach from here easily the Wiesenbeker pond, the Ravensberg, the Stöberhai that Odertalsperre or Bad Sachsa.
Bad Sachsa / Steina OT in sunny southern Harz is located in the border triangle Lower Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Thuringia.

Shops are located nearby. Things such. As the water park, ice rink, indoor tennis courts, bowling and sports center, children's indoor park, fairy tale park, ski center, hiking and cycling trails are nearby. The resin is one of the most popular holiday destinations within Germany. The reasons are the breathtaking scenery, the location right in the middle of Germany and the history of the region.

Einfache Gruppenunterkunft

Bei dem Ferienhaus handelt es sich um eine ehemalige alte Gaststätte. Wir haben die Unterkunft für 20 Personen gebucht(8 Familien). Dabei war uns vor allem wichtig, dass jedee Familie sein eigenes Bad hatte. Von der Ausstattung waren die Schlafzimmer einfach gehalten, aber die Betten waren bequem. Die Badezimmer waren leider äußerst klein und alt. Aber immerhin sauber. Wir mussten bei der Aufteilung der Zimmer das vor allem darauf achten, dass die Älteren die etwas größeren Bäder bekommen. Die Küche war sehr umfangreich ausgestattet. Der Aufenthaltsraum ist großzügig geschnitten und die Möbel neuwertig. WLAN war vorhanden, jedoch gab es nur in 2 Zimmern Empfang. Für unser alljährliches Familientreffen vollkommen ausreichend, jedoch für den Gesamtpreis hätten ein paar Ecken moderner sein dürfen.

Ein tolles Familienwochenende. Das Haus hatte alles, was man braucht. Keine Nachbarn und eine tolle Lage, direkt am Wald. Sehr gute Empfehlung für das Catering. Super für alle Altersgruppen. Danke für das schöne Wochenende.

Familientreffen

Das Haus ist für ein Familientreffen super geeignet. Die meisten Zimmer haben Bäder, die Mehrbettzimmer nicht. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und sauber. Der Wohnbereich ist nicht wirklich gemütlich aber zweckmäßig. Mann kann an einer langen Tafel alle an einem Tisch sitzen. Die Kücke hat alles an Geräten und Zubehör was man braucht. Auch vor der Tür kann man eine lange Tafel aufbauen und sitzt direkt am Waldrand. Die Lage ist super und sehr ruhig. Ja, wir würden dieses Haus weiterempfehlen! Der Pizzabringdienst und Brötchenbringdienst funktionieren super. beides war lecker und zu empfehlen.

Für eine Reisegruppe von 20 Personen optimal. Genügend Platz für alle. Tolle Ausstattung der groß angelegten Küche. Nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Sauber, alles bestens. Das Wetter ist leider nicht zu beeinflussen. Mit Schnee wären die 5 Sterne voll gewesen.

Super Lage, Entspannung pur, sehr gut ausgestattet

Sehr ruhige Lage direkt im Waldgebiet. Lediglich das kleine Haus neben an sonst nur Natur pur. Ist ein altes gut renoviertes Haus das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sehr großer Essbereich, riesige Terrasse mit ausreichen Gartenmöbel und Sitzpolster. Kleiner Spielplatz für die kleinen direkt am Haus. Ein Stern Abzug für die defekten Nachtischlampen (das muss nicht sein) und die schlecht beschriebene Mülltrennung. Wir würden aber definitiv das Haus noch einmal mieten. Sehr, sehr nette Vermieterin!!
