The studio has a beautiful air-conditioned living room/kitchen area opening onto a 50 m² garden + terrace loggia with west exposure.
Equipment: Fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker, kettle, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer, oven + microwave, linens, etc.
Other equipment:
Premium bedding 160 x 200 cm + bunk beds 80 x190 / Sheets and towels provided (beach towels excluded), air conditioning, TV, free internet access.
Bathroom with Italian shower, toilet, hairdryer.
Common areas: Park 5 ha (fenced), heated swimming pool (24 x 7 m, depth 60 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 1 Apr – 1 Nov.). Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by concierge/gardener. Free parking closed the accommodation.
