NEW country house in the heart of the Ore Mountains **** TOP vacation apartment - WLAN & Wallbox

Take in our beautiful Erzgebirge in our newly built house in the idyllic Rungstocktal. Whether rest and just relax, enjoy nature, sports activity holiday or sightseeing in the mining region Erzgebirge, Saxony or Bohemia - from the heart of the Erzgebirge you have every opportunity to go on an expedition. Your apartment is equipped with all amenities.

Our apartment with about 40 sqm and a 17 sqm terrace offers plenty of space for 2 people. A maximum of two additional beds are also possible.

Our house was built from 2013 to 2015/2016 and has consistently under-floor heating, electric blinds and porcelain stoneware flooring. A cozy bathroom with walk-in shower invites you to relax. The modern kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, stove / oven and refrigerator. The then open living room is furnished with a cuddly bed, a flat-screen TV and remote-controlled lighting homelike games. On sunny days, you can use the apartment belonging to the terrace, the garden enjoy right on the approximation Tock Bach as well as the existing grill fire up.

You can park your car directly at the house.

Our apartment is barrier free (bathroom passage width incl. Shower 73 cm at ground level).

The apartment is a Non smoking holiday apartment.

Just minutes away, you can use the groomed trails and ski lift in winter or start directly to your hiking or cycling in the Erzgebirgswald at home. In the area there are a variety of water parks / sauna areas, swimming pools and small lakes.

Trips to the eastern or western Erzgebirge, in our picturesque city of Dresden, the Saxon Switzerland or the directly adjoining Bohemia with the golden city of Prague are from Olbernhau "middle of the Ore Mountains" over a short distance very possible.

Olbernhau "the gate to Toyland" and the toy village Seiffen are the center of the Ore Mountain folk art.

Sehr gemütliche, barrierefreie Wohnung

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie ist barrierefrei, aber nicht ganz rollstuhlgerecht. Dazu ist das Bad zu klein. Wir kommen sehr gerne und dann länger wieder!

Tolle Ferienwohnung im schönen Erzgebirge

Wir haben ein paar tolle Tage im Erzgebirge verbracht. Wir wurden von der Familie Steiner sehr herzlich begrüßt und haben tolle Ausflugstipps bekommen. Die Ferienwohnung ist super schön und sehr sauber. Für unseren 7 Monate alten Sohn wurde direkt ein Hochstuhl bereitgestellt. Wir wollen auf alle Fälle wiederkommen !

Die Wohnung ist der Knaller

Wir haben zwei Tage vor Reisebeginn gebucht und ich muß sagen, es hat alles reibungslos geklappt, wir bekamen gleich die Bestätigung und noch am gleichen Tag habe ich mit unseren Vermieter alle offenen Fragen geklärt. Als wir zwei Tag später ankamen, wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und wir waren sehr überrascht wie ruhig die Wohnung gelegen und wie toll sie eingerichtet ist. Sehr schöne Wohnung

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem was dazu gehört. Die Vermieterfamilie war sehr nett und hilfreich. Zum Einkaufen gibt es viele Möglichkeiten. Das Gastronomische Angebot im Ort könnte besser sein. Es gibt viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, auch nach Tschchien ist es nicht weit.

Ankommen-Wohlfühlen-Urlaub!

Normalerweise brauche ich ein paar Tage um mich in neuer Umgebung wohlzufühlen. Aber nicht hier! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Die Terasse lädt sofort zum Sitzen ein. Das Erzgebirge ist wunderschön und vielfältig - Wandern, Ausflüge und vieles mehr. Die gesamte Familie Steiner ist sehr herzlich und offen. Danke für diese wundervollen 2 Wochen Urlaub.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit sehr lieben und herzlichem Vermietern. Es fehlt an nichts, man ist von der ersten Minute an zu Hause. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Tolle Touren-Tipps gab es gratis. Tolle Lage, es ist nicht weit bis zum Wald, ein Bach vor der Tür und ganz ruhig. Für uns Großstädter ein Himmelreich 😁.

Urlaub im Erzgebirge bei Fam. Steiner

Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt eingerichtet und sehr modern. (Fußbodenheizung, elektr. Rollläden, WLAN, usw.) Es war alles da, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Vom Ei-Pick bis zum Bügeleisen war alles vorhanden. Sehr nette und aufgeschlossene Vermieter. Auch bei nicht ganz so schönem Wetter haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder.

Saubere und schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche Urlaub im Erzgebirge. Die Ferienwohnung ist super sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Vermieter legen viel Wert auf Details und haben tolle Vorschläge für Aktivitäten. Für unser Baby haben wir kostenlos eine Babybett gestellt bekommen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Sehr gemütlich !

Die Ferienwohnung der Familie ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Wohnung liegt nach hinten raus und ist somit sehr ruhig. Die Familie Steiner selbst ist sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. In der Wohnung liegt eine Fülle an Informationen über Ausflüge und Aktivitäten der gesamten Region. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein Bäcker für frische Frühstücksbrötchen ist auch gleich um die Ecke ( 3 min. zu Fuß).

Top moderne Unterkunft mit perfekten Gastgebern

Für unsere kleine Familie haben wir hier den perfekten Entspannungsort gefunden. Ruhig in einer Seitenstraße gelegen und super ausgestattet. Dazu ein Gastgeber der einen spüren lässt, dass man jederzeit willkommen ist. Man fühlt sich mittendrin statt nur dabei. Jeder Ort im Erzgebirge ist bequem zu erreichen und auch nach Tschechien sind es nur wenige Kilometer - auch wenn man dort z.B. nur Tanken möchte. Kurzum: Mehr als nur zu empfehlen!

Great area with plenty of activities to explore.
