The Space:
Tastefully furnished character house. All of the charm of the 1800s with all of the updates of the 2000s. Relax in one of the 4 bedrooms, get work done in the office, read a book or watch your favorite show in one of the two living room areas, or unwind in the hot tub in the back yard. There is something for everyone in this house!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property including the house, garage, hot tub, and patio.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled in the heard of a residential neighborhood, just two blocks from a large park (Woodlawn) and two blocks from downtown Moorhead. Walk to several restaurants and bars or take a quick Uber/Lyft to downtown Fargo and beyond (about $6 ride to downtown Fargo). The house is located about 8 blocks from Concordia College as well.

Getting Around:
Miles of running/biking trails start in Woodlawn park and run north and south along the river in both Fargo and Moorhead. There is room to park several cars in the private driveway and garage as well as ample street parking (just keep an eye on snow removal and garbage day restrictions)
