Such a great location and the house was beautiful setup with many, many amenities. The host worked well with us and stayed in contact throughout.Would highly recommend staying her if you have a gathering for a few days for a larger group
The property was exactly as described and the owner worked with us to add a last minute night to stay. The master suit was located in the basement and private from the rest of the house, including its own living/sitting area. Great communication and very nice property.
I travel to Fargo monthly for work and have stayed at a few different homes in the area. This one has been the best! The features I most appreciated included the size of the home, cleanliness, garage, clear directions from the host, great location and pet friendliness. Also, the value for all these amenities is excellent. I highly recommend this property!
Property was nice, home was clean and Rory was very easy to work with. Had everything we needed at the house. Will be staying again when we visit Fargo!
This house has plenty of room for a large family. Three rooms upstairs (2 queens and two twins) and full bath and a large basement master bedroom (king) and large master bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glassware and utensils. Bathrooms were also stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, Kleenex and paper products. Lots of space to hangout and relax. Our son is an athlete at NDSU so this was a convenient location. The hostess communicated well. Thanks for a great visit!
The house was very homey, room in the basement for the littles to run out some energy and plenty of space for a family of 10+ all different ages! Communication with Jory was phenomenal and quick.
We needed a place where we could hold a girls' weekend to celebrate my mom's 82nd birthday. We wanted to cook, hang out, talk and spend time together. This home had all the cooking utensils we needed, was in a great location to grocery stores and Starbucks, and allowed us to put kids to bed early and then hang out and visit in a separate area. Could not have done this in a hotel! We loved it.
I would definitely stay again at this property and also use this host. Jory was always available when an issue arised and it was handled quickly. Definitely would stay again. Thanks
We had a wonderful stay at Rosie’s! We were in town to visit our kids. They were able to have a cool place away from their non-air conditioned dorm rooms. Everyone was comfortable at Rosie’s. The place was clean and inviting. We will definitely be back!
Our family got together in Fargo for a late Christmas gathering and this house was a perfect spot. Very clean, nicely decorated, and well equipped. Everyone had their own space, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was great for family meals. Highly recommended
Property was very easy to locate and entry code was easy to enter & remember. Had blizzard & windchill advisories in whole valley, was nice to be able to park vehicle indoors. Spacious, bright, and clean 4 bedroom home. Loved it and cant wait to stay ar this location next time im in Fargo area visiting my new granddaughter!
House was stocked with the required amenities we needed. Clean house and well organized. Could use some card table chairs stored in the garage for use in the living room.

Not impressed!
The beds were terrible. The. Frames collapsed under the smallest people and even just suitcases. The cleanliness was marginal at best the bathroom sink ran constantly. The trash was overflowing when we arrived. The neighborhood was questionable at best. Would not book again
This is a great home by North Dakota State University. It is in a quiet neighborhood and my family appreciated that since we were staying around July 4th and we have two dogs who are afraid of the fireworks. The only recommendations that I can give, is have more bath towels available, more mixing bowls in the kitchen and at some point if the fence is finished, some seats out back would be nice or even a couple on the porch in the front. Loved how everything was so clean! I will try and get home again if we are back in town for track and field next year.
