Awesome Home

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Boulder home. The home was very clean with clear instructions. Great communication and quick response from homeowners. Look forward to returning!

Comfortable and Great location

Came to town for an extended stay to visit our college kids between their summer and fall semesters at CU. Great proximity from their apartment and to trails (just across the street) for walking and running. Also, to grocery market, Farmer’s market, Pearl Street and restaurants. Enjoyed wonderful drive and hikes around Lake Isabelle in Brainard Lake area and Rocky Mountain Park.

Beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood

Our family stayed here for a wedding, and we could not have selected a better place. The home has everything you need for a relaxing time during your stay. The mountain views from the patio and garden flowers were perfect for enjoying meals outside and taking family photos. The owners were great to work with and we would certainly recommend their lovely home to anyone.

**Phenomenal VRBO!!! *

Wingate Property was the best VRBO we have ever stayed in! We are both VRBO guests and RESORTICA property owners. I can tell you hands down that Martin and Inge have prepared their home in every way for a comfortable and memorable stay in Boulder. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, gorgeous kitchen and just about everything you would need to feel at home. My wife Inge and I have owned this home since 2006. We love Boulder but also love hiking and skiing in the mountains, which is why we have a place up there, too. We also like to travel, so when we are not in Boulder, we make our home available to families who want to spend a few days in the Boulder area, visit friends or college kids, or come to CU Buffs football games.

What makes this property unique

You will feel right at home here. This is not a vacation rental property with the bare essentials. We live here too for the majority of the year, so the house comes fully equipped with everything we also need and like around us.
