This well-equipped and cozy two-bedroom apartment includes an entrance hall, a shower room (hairdryer available), and a separate toilet.
A pleasant and well-decorated living room with warm furnishings, including a 130x190cm sofa bed for 1 person, a flat-screen TV, and a comfortable 140x190cm fold-out bed for 2 people. The room opens onto a large balcony equipped with a table and chairs, offering breathtaking views of the La Toussuire resort. The separate kitchen area is equipped with two ceramic hobs, a refrigerator, a SENSEO® coffee pod machine, a mini oven, a microwave, a kettle, a raclette machine, and a toasted sandwich maker.
The bedroom, closed by a sliding door, has a large storage closet and two bunk beds with access to the large balcony.

Linens and end-of-stay cleaning are available at an additional cost.

LOCATION:
The Simiane residence is a quiet 3-storey building, at the top of the La Toussuire resort, 500 m from the centre and the first ski lifts. Overlooking La Toussuire, the view is breathtaking, bring snow chains in case of heavy snowfall. Free parking at the back of the residence. First shops at 200 m, restaurants, bars at 400 m, ESF at 600 m and bus stop at 350 m. Chairlift at 200 m, ski slopes at 50 m behind the residence for a departure and return on skis. Free ski bus stop at 150 m. Please note that the keys are handed over at the MOUNTAIN COLLECTION agency at the CORBIER resort, just 4 km away without having to make a detour.
