This is a clean 1 bedroom condo located right downtown and you can easily walk to plenty of bars and restaurants, the place was clean and stocked and I’d definitely stay again!!

Great location

We had a great time. Easy walk to downtown CDA - the resort, restaurants, and shops. Condo was clean and well equipped. Had some noise from the bar across the street one night but it was not an issue for us.

Great location, clean and comfortable!

My husband and I stayed here for a family wedding in Coeur d’Alene. The location is great, just a few blocks to CDA resort and boat rentals. Very walkable for downtown. The unit was very clean and well maintained. It was nice to have a garage to park in off the street and easy check in/check out with keypad.

Great location, spacious.

This was a great spot to explore CDA from. Walking distance to beaches and parks and lots of shops and restaurants. The host was very responsive and we enjoyed the list of places to visit and eat that was left in the suite. When we asked ahead about things to do and boat rentals, the host was very helpful. Very big and open feel to the suite. We would definitely stay again.

As a single woman, traveling to compete in the local half ironman competition, the most important things about where I stay is a safe environment and proximity to the race events/ start/ and finish. Bob's VRBO met thiese needs in spades. The bonus is that the condo was beautiful, clean and comfy!!! Will definitely try to stay here the next time, I am in CDA!!!

Great Location!

This condo was perfect for our small family - walkable to everything and in an enjoyable part of town. Communication with the owners was easy, check-in was simple, and the place was clean. The very soft bed had some major bend to it but luckily overly tired travelers didn't seem to mind. Highly recommend this place!

The condo atmosphere was very nice, open, comfortable & clean. Communication with the host was quick and helpful. The location was great. We walked to the nearby shops, park & lake. Also especially nice to have a garage to park in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Stellar location in Coeur D' Alene

Walking distance to downtown restaurants and pathway around the lake and Spokane River. This is a great location and the accommodations are all here in this well kept Condo. We will definitely be back for more of what this areas has to offer.

Clean, quiet and conveniently located

Property condition and amenities were exactly as described. This is an ideal property for a couple to book; but with a sofa sleeper in the living room it worked well for us as well when my wife and I stayed there w/ our 5 yr old granddaughter. Location was extremely convenient…just a short walk to the lake, park, shops and restaurants. Nice quiet building and neighborhood during our stay (Sun evening through Wed morning).

Location and comfort found here!

Loved the condo - it has great location close to Sherman shops and great restaurants!! Kitchen is way more than I could ask or need! Loved having a garage fire secure my car and felt safe in the neighborhood. Nice to have an elevator for groceries and luggage but easy stairs for up and down. TV is fairly small for the distance from the couches but maybe I’m spoiled - it was clear and had Netflix and regular TV like the Olympics! Balcony super comfy for relaxing and strong WiFi for my laptop. Great communication from owner and instructions all clear ahead of time. I’ll be back!!!

Large kitchen in town

This property is just a few blocks from The Resort. Everything is an easy walk. The kitchen was surprisingly large for a 1 bedroom. There is a garage but it was a bit too tight to get in and out of for our big truck, cars would be fine. We enjoyed it and will rent again.
