Beautiful landscapes, restaurants, many beaches nearby, only 10 km to Pula
A beautiful weekend settlement in a small village 'Ližnjan', 1 km close to the beach. The settlement has 15 row houses. Our house is on 2 floors, approx., 65 m2 + covered terrace + large terrace with grill about 30m2 + balcony. It has 2 bedrooms (double bed), living room, kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet, terrace and balcony, 1 parking space, shared pool with sun terrace and outdoor showers (a large one of 11x4m, and one for children of 3m), 6 deck chairs, parasol, Wooden table with 6 chairs, grill, satellite TV, WiFi, air conditioning, gas central heating, bed linen and towels available, pets are not allowed.

Rundum gelungen

Wir konnten einen schönen Urlaub genießen: Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, es gibt eine schöne Terrasse mit Schatten, einen gepflegten Pool und eine Umgebung, die zu Ausflügen einlädt. Die Kommunikation mit Joško war unkomplziert und schnell.

Tolles Appartment

Wir sind mit 6 Personen im Alter von 3 bis 61 angereist. Das Appartment ist sauber und gut eingerichtet. Eine zusätzliches Bett für die kleinste wurde selbstverständlich bereitgestellt bzw. war schon aufgebaut. Vorallem super ist, dass das Grundstück mit einer Mauer umgeben ist dass die Kinder ohne Aufsicht spielen können. Der große und der Kinderpool sind immer sehr sauber. Wir waren schon das zweite Mal dort und würden es jedem empfehlen.

Sehr nette Vermieter.

Das Objekt war super sauber, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es gibt eine schöne Terrasse und ein Bad ist mit einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern klappte immer einwandfrei über WhatsApp. Alles in Allem eine schönes Objekt.
