This beautiful home is perfect for families or friends that want to get away from the city and enjoy their own private oasis. This beautiful home with a private pool is located in a gated subdivision with 24 hour security and only 300 meters from Playa Bejuco. The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary utensils and dinnerware. This home features indoor and outdoor dining areas, huge covered back patio and a master suite upstairs with its own private balcony.
ELECTRICITY CHARGES- there will be no extra charge if your usage is under 40 kWh per day. This is very easy to maintain by ensuring the air conditioners are turned off when you are not using the rooms or out of the house. We will take a meter reading at check in and another at check out. Any usage over 40 KWh per day will be charged at $0.27 per kWh. This amount will be requested through AIRBNB under the Security Deposit claim procedure.
We like to give our guests their privacy but we are always just a phone call or text away to address any needs or concerns.
A wonderful gated community with friendly staff, great neighbors and only 300 meters to the Blue Flag Playa Bejuco.
Two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs and the master suite and bathroom upstairs. The master suite also has a nice office/sitting area that is perfect for the digital nomad. The private pool is the perfect place to lounge and enjoy the beautiful tropical surroundings.
Having a car is ideal there is a bus stop about .5 km away.
