About this property

Country house near Etretat

Our property is close to the seafront. The main shops are a few kilometres away. You will appreciate our home for its location and outdoor spaces. We have been renovating this house for over twenty years. The rooms have been renovated using eco-friendly materials, so no harmful substances are emitted into the rooms, and the temperature is moderate. We hope you enjoy the place. Welcome! The Accommodation We live in a longère, a typical dwelling of the Pays de Caux region, within a former enclosed farmstead. We renovated our house using only eco-friendly materials: paints, wood wool, Fermacell... The rooms available have been completely renovated using this spirit. The heating is produced using our wood pellet boiler and our solar panels, which also provide us with domestic hot water. The house is located 7 km from the seaside resort of Etretat, famous for its unique cliffs... A large 100 m² terrace allows you to dine outdoors in good weather; the garden is vast, over 3000 m², and includes several fruit trees...
