The area offers great hiking opportunities and from the cottage it is only a short walk to the sea. What attracts people to Tustna are mainly the mountains and the lovely landscapes. The tour to Jørenvågsalen around Nonshaugvatnet is considered by many to be the most beautiful mountain tour on Tustna. A few minutes by boat from the cabin is Ringholmen lake house with a summer restaurant, and in the surrounding area you can explore many uninhabited islands and islets. The area with its small islands, reefs and lakes offer good opportunities for kayaking, diving and also deep sea fishing.



There are 2 kayaks available for rent by arrangement. The surrounding area is also excellent for day trips both by car and by bike. The impressive tourist road Atlanterhavsveien and the fishing village Veiholmen are also recommended.
