About twenty kilometers from Toulouse, this old renovated farm promises you calm and well-being for your holidays or your professional stays. Adjoining the owners' home, the gîte benefits from a shared swimming pool in the summer months. Take advantage of the large open garden, terrace and private parking area provided for guests. On the ground floor: entrance to the living room with its open kitchen. A staircase leads upstairs where there are 3 bedrooms (2 single beds 90cm which can be twinned) (2 single beds 90cm which can be twinned), bathroom, (1 double bed 140cm with its bathroom/ private WC), independent WC.
