Located 40km south of Toulouse and easily accessible from the A64 motorway, La Ferme du Château is the ideal holiday destination: high-end amenities, refined décor, and the charm of the old world combined with a successful contemporary renovation! Here, you'll enjoy a section of the listed parkland (featuring rare tree species) as well as private leisure and wellness facilities at the cottage: a private indoor saltwater pool heated year-round (26°C, 10x5m) and a traditional 4-person sauna. Relaxation and tranquility await in this place where you can reconnect with nature! The Via Garona hiking trail (part of the Way of St. James) passes through the 12 hectares of parkland. You'll also be 11km from Rieux-Volvestre, one of the most beautiful villages in France, and 20km from the Tépacap Adventure Park! Carbonne is 3km away for shopping and dining. Entrance through the open-plan kitchen (American-style refrigerator), which leads, after three steps, to a large living room (wood-burning stove), three bedrooms each with a queen-size bed (two of them have a TV and desk), two bathrooms (one with a toilet), a separate toilet, a traditional sauna, and an indoor swimming pool. Electric heating in the bedrooms and fans for the summer. Your pets are welcome provided they respect the peace and quiet of our donkeys. Bicycles are available in the cottage. Mosquito nets are installed in every room. WORK FROM HOME: A desk, lamp, and nearby power outlet for a laptop are provided. Extension cords and power strips are available upon request. High-speed internet access (Wi-Fi) is also available. To preserve the peace and tranquility of the property, we kindly ask that you refrain from holding parties or gatherings outside the cottage.
