This place is perfect! Exactly as shown, just a great little "your own condo" in Marshfield, my wife and I loved it. Owner's communication was excellent -- we absolutely recommend it. And on top of all of that, you can see the ocean! Owner left us a few Koozys, what a nice touch.

Light-Filled Oasis By The Sea

This apartment is exactly as described, with lots of light and no clutter. It was safe and comfortable with everything we needed. The location can't be beat!

Wonderful salt sea air.

Everything was perfect for our stay . Easy check in , great salt sea air, comfy bed. Proximity to good restaurants and coastal walks. We have friends in the area and really enjoyed our time with them but also having our own place to rest and relax . Thanks, Jack and Linda.

Leaf Peeping Vacation

Many thanks to our Host. We loved our stay at Happy Hour Place! The accommodations met the needs for our Mother /Daughter Vacation. We had ocean views and delicious meals at the local village restaurants. The Hospitality of our Hosts was excellent. This one goes on my trip list for future vacations.

Wonderful views in cute shore line village aprtment

This Marshfield, MA property is very cute, well appointed and clean with great views. Windows on three sides of the main room make it feel like a turret in which you can look out on neighborhood and see the ocean. Great breezes and the furnishings are very well-thought out. Owner is also wonderful.

BEST ever! Location, people, etc!!

Such a great experience! We were 10 min. from family, our hosts were people we would hang out with if they were closer and our rental was perfect! For us, being near Marshfield son was key. Super location and lots of dining and simple navigation......we will be back of course! We really were so pleased with all of our accommodations. Haddads, Fairfiew, the Jetty and Venus are a must! THANKS!!

Quiet & Cozy Escape

Perfect space for our weekend stay. Quiet, clean and peaceful accommodations. Incredibly convenient location, parking for two cars was great, steps from the ocean, walk to restaurants, music, and church on Sunday. Only downside would be the steps up to the apartment, I expected stairs but not so steep; the railings on either side were great. If you do not have anyone with impaired mobility, this space is highly recommended.

The rental was spacious and cheerful. It was nice being on the 2nd floor, sitting at the dining table, and seeing the ocean in the distance. I personally appreciated the bathtub mat in the full size tub. The rental had a few minutes access to the beach and restaurants.

This place is settled almost perfectly between Boston and Cape Cod. The surrounding bars and restaurants fit in to the beach-type atmosphere. It's not meant for a long term stay in my opinion but it's perfect for a weekend getaway. It was clean when we walked in and we made sure it was cleaned when we walked out.

Tolle Wohnung in schöner Lage. Liegt gut zwischen Boston und Cape Cod. Plymouth ist gleich um die Ecke. Die Vermieter waren sehr offen und haben uns gute Tips gegeben. Sogar ein kleines Geschenk haben wir bekommen.

A little gem near the ocean

It was a blustery rainy day when we made the short walk to the Hop for breakfast (great breakfast). I could have stood and stared at the water endlessly but the rain made me seek shelter. Such a beautiful spot. The flat is cozy, clean and well appointed. Nice to have a separate sleeping area. I’ll be back! Jack is a wonderful host.

Great Stay

We stayed for one overnight while in town for a music festival. Jack was a great host with excellent communication, friendly and welcoming. The property was clean and met. All of our basic needs. Check in was easy. The proximity to our music venue and the ocean was great!
