For shared use: beautiful garden with lawn and plants. In the house: central heating system. Parking at the house. Grocery, supermarket, restaurant, bar, bakery, café, bus stop 300 m, railway station "Triberg" 1 km, outdoor swimming pool 300 m, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Bright, partly with sloping ceilings, very cosy furnishings: large living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 220 cm), cable TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Large kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Bath/WC. Beautiful view of the valley and the town. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Only dogs are allowed as pets. The terrace is a spacious roof terrace.

Alles da was man braucht

Super Lage, schön und modern eingerichtet. Auch die Küche ist 1A ausgestattet & die Matratzen sind hochwertig. Einziges (persönliches) Manko: Mit ,,Dachterrasse" gingen wir von einer Wohnung ganz oben aus. Darüber ist aber überraschenderweise noch eine Wohnung gewesen. Wenn jemand also obendrüber jemand um 7 Uhr durch die Burg läuft, dann kommt das auf jeden Fall an (hellhörig). Vermieter sind angenehm im persönlichen Kontakt. Ansonsten kann ich hier eine Buch-Empfehlung ausschreiben.

Om de woning te bereiken moet je wel heel veel trappen lopen, auto kan niet voor het huis staan dus je moet met je bagage slepen. Dit kan voor ouderen een bezwaar zijn. Winkels zijn weliswaar maar op 300 meter, maar wel 300 steile meters. Voor de Wifi moet ter plekke extra betaald worden. Prachtig uitzicht over Triberg. Huis is zeer ruim en met veel zorg ingericht. Alles is voor handen.

mooie nette vakantiewoning. Gelegen tegen een bergflank Met alles aanwezig.afwasmaschien , strijkijzer. Oven en micro oven Tv , dvd . Dicht bij centrum en waterval. Enige nadeel . Woning is enkel bereikbaar via trappen. Niet geschikt voor mensen met mobiele beperking. Veel parkeergelegenheid in de straat.

The apartment is wonderfully located above the town and gives beautiful views.

The apartment is well-equipped and comfortable, is spacious and provides great views of the town from a high vantage point. The host is charming but, as non-German speakers, we discovered she does not have much English (although this was not a serious impediment for us). Because it is on a hillside, access to the apartment would be a problem for guests with mobility issues. The walk to town (and particularly back) is steep but manageable. It is mid-October and the deciduous trees are just beginning to change colour as the winter approaches which adds another dimension to the view. A real plus is the central location for access to walks for all levels of challenge. We had one morning of 2 degrees celsius but the days generally were 12 - 14 degree maximums. The apartment is well heated and the water is hot. There was no rain. One downside was the number of house flies, particularly on the first two days, and we will mention that to the host for attention between guest stays. Admirably, the garbage is separated for recycling purposes but the instructions required clarity. All in all, it was a most enjoyable visit and for us, a different experience.

Mit samlede indtryk af ferieboligen er, at den var det frdeste! Vi nød at være i den, nød at sidde på terassen og at se ud over byens tage. Den lå dejligt op ad et bjerg, hvor der var fred og ro fra centrums trafik og tummel.

Home on the hillside

This is a beautiful apartment set into a hillside flower garden. The interior is bright and has all the required equipment including a dishwasher. It does not have a laundry. There is a king size bed and a day bed in the single bedroom. The bathroom is large and well appointed. There is a nice flat screen TV in the living room, and Wi-Fi is available for a very minimal fee. But the main reason to stay at this house is the balcony overlooking Triberg. The view is fantastic with a few Church steeples and many, many rooftops. There is on-street parking either above or below the house. Either way, it is a climb (or descent) to get to the house. It is through beautiful gardens. If one is in good enough shape to handle it, it is a nice walk into town or to the famous waterfall. (We are athletic 60 year olds, but I had a knee injury.) We walked into town several times for dinner and shopping. The woman who manages the apartments (3) is very friendly and helpful even though her English is poor. There is a refundable breakage deposit and cleaning fee, but it is still a great value for a postcard view..
