The apartment was very beautiful, clean and a great view. The front desk was rude and unhelpful.After we checked in we drove around to park, the placard would not work, 2 cars behind us were beeping and yelling. We got out and went to front desk, he said oops I did not activate it.The key fob would not let us in the building from the parking. Luckily someone came to the door and we got in. The next day when I went to get on elevator the door closed on my arm and I dropped the key down the shaft. We buzzed front desk and the stopped at the garage floor fir us. And they said o well you will have to wait for a tech to get it and we never know when they are coming. I demanded a number for the host, hmm he didn't have it. The next day I picked my friend up from surgery and ironically the whole buzzer system went down. We rode up and down until someone stopped at our floor. My husband had enough and went to the desk and would not leave until they got us a key fob. O boy did they catch that wrath as they stumbled over their lies.I'm sure this does not happen often but when you have woman having surgery itis not good. Honesty is not the norm here.

We understand how frustrating that must have been, especially given the circumstances with your friend's surgery, and we're sorry it added stress to your stay. Very nice!

Our stay at this property was very nice! We stayed there for 10 days while in Miami visiting family. The property was clean, modern, neat and very spacious. Loved having a washer/dryer in the apartment. The location was perfect. A 5 minute walk to the grocery store, restaurants and park. We enjoyed taking the kids to the park in the evenings and walking to dinner. SO MANY delicious options! Great central location. My only issue was that the buildings pool was not open and that was pretty annoying since I specifically looked for a place with a pool since it was hot and we had two kiddos with us. The guys at the front desk gave us passes to go to the building next door and use their pool which was very nice. But,slightly inconvenient with two toddlers to have to haul toys, towels, clothes, waters, snacks etc. Next time I will probably take a stroller for wet toys and tired kids who don't want to walk back home. Not a deal breaker for this property but just FYI.
