Accommodation: The 15B duplex apartment is composed of an entrance hall, a toilet, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge, a balcony with a view of the mountains. Upstairs you will find a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, as well as a bathroom with WC. Outside, a ski locker. Possibility of parking near the apartment (free parking at the residence). The kitchen is modern and equipped with a fridge, a mini oven, a kettle, a dishwasher, a raclette machine and all the crockery for 5 people. RESIDENCE LES CHALETS DE L'ARVAN: Located very close to the church of St Sorlin d'Arves, at the foot of the Col de la Croix de Fer and on the LES SYBELLES ski area. Access to the slopes is very easy on foot or by free shuttle (around 10 minutes). Enjoy the residence's outdoor swimming pool for free in the summer during the residence's opening hours, from July 7 to August 25. Please note that sheets and towels are optional and extra, as well as the end-of-stay cleaning service and WIFI connection. You can order up to 3 days before your arrival. ANIMALS: The owner accepts the presence of your pet! Please note that only small animals are accepted, kept on a leash and on condition that they are not left alone in the accommodation.
