Here the architect has designed a magnificent vacation home. It has a beautiful view of a natural landscape with a lake. Everything is present in the house in the best quality. Also, attention was paid to a beautiful detail with the brick fireplace. From here, coziness spreads throughout the house. The kitchen is open to the living room. Enjoy the beautiful view and the terrace in front. Large bedroom with walk-in closet. One of the bedrooms has a direct exit to the terrace. Inviting bathroom with jacuzzi and shower. On the large sleeping loft there are comfortable mattresses and plenty of space for cozy hours for the teenager of the travel party. From the terrace you look out over the lake. Within walking distance you will find stores, restaurants, golf course and the popular swimming beach.

Großes Haus und schöne Lage

Wir waren sehr überrascht, dass das Haus bei Ankunft nicht sauber war. Teller, Gläser, Backbleche und selbst die Microwelle waren verschmiert. Spinnennetze an den Wänden und der Boden voller Flusen. Am unangenehmsten empfand ich die schwarzen (Hunde?)- Haare auf dem Boden und im Haus verteilt. Selbst auf der Küchenzeile und im Kühlschrank hat man viele davon gefunden. Auf der riesigen Holzterrasse sind überall bis zu 20cm Pflanzen durchgewachsen und das Holz hatte einen Grünstich. Die anderen Häuser hatten diese Patina und Pflanzen nicht auf ihrer Holzterrasse. Das Haus selber hatte einen schönen Stil, ist aber in die Jahre gekommen. Fast überall Halogenlampen und der Besitzer hat überall seine Sachen deponiert. Das Haus ist nicht einsehbar, da sehr hohe Hecken um das Haus verkaufen. Marielyst ist wie Sylt in klein. Die Anlage hatte ihr Glanzzeit vor 10-20 Jahren. Viele Teile der Anlage sind geschlossen (Fitnessstudio/Internetcafé/Supermarkt) Kann dieses Haus eigentlich nicht empfehlen, da es viele andere schöne Häuser in der Umgebung gibt.
