Maison atypique bien placée mais qui n'est pas véritablement faire pour une famille avec enfants.

La maison est atypique et un peu rustique. Il manque des informations dans l'annonce pour se faire un vĂ©ritable avis de ce que l'on va trouver. A mon sens la maison n'est pas faite pour une famille avec de petits enfants. Elle ne me semble pas non plus faite pour 10 personnes car un peu sous Ă©quipĂ©e (sauf au niveau literie). Par exemple, il y a 2 salles de bain mais l'une se trouve dans une chambre, sans porte, ce qui rend inconfortable le passage aux toilettes. L'autre salle de bain a une porte qui ne peut pas ĂȘtre verrouillĂ©e. Il reste que l'emplacement est intĂ©ressant si l'on souhaite visiter la ville sans utiliser son vĂ©hicule. A noter nĂ©anmoins que le stationnement Ă  proximitĂ© n'est pas simple et reste payant. A noter que l'accueil de la part du concierge, le niveau de propretĂ© et la prestation gĂ©nĂ©rale de Guest Adom sont excellents.

Maison bien située

Besoin d'aller à Laval pour garder les petits enfants car l'un des parents était hospitalisé. Top au niveau literie mais il manquait le lave linge et le sÚche linge précisés dans l'annonce. Pas d'aspirateur non plus. Vaisselle un peu limite pour 10 personnes. Pas de grand plat pour le four ( nous avons invité de la famille à manger)..Autrement une maison avec un certain cachet et top au niveau literie. Je recommande...Pour un petit problÚme au niveau des plaques à induction, j'ai appelé. Boubacar qui a été trÚs réactif. Merci beaucoup à lui.

TrÚs belle maison qui est située dans le centre de Laval et à proximité de la gare. La maison est trÚs bien entretenue et le concierge est disponible et trÚs professionnel. La maison est trÚs propre et agréable. Nous avons passé un trÚs agréable week-end.
