The holiday house "Roter Sand" is centrally located in Horumersiel, only 500 m from the beach and green beach.
You live in a comfortable, cozy and family-friendly row house, for 4 people + toddler, with your own parking lot directly in front of the front door and screened south-facing terrace:
6 chairs with cushions, table and awning.
The house is suitable for allergy sufferers and is furnished in a modern style. (Animals and smoking not allowed!)
On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with an oven with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment. Coffee machine, toaster, waffle iron, egg cooker, kettle and many other necessary utensils that leave nothing to be desired are available. Plates, cups, glasses, pots, pans, etc. are of high quality and available in sufficient quantities.
The dining area includes an extendable and stable dining table. Fittingly, 5 high-quality highbacks invite you to take a seat.
In the living area there is a modern living area with a sleeping function and an ottoman to relax and linger. A 48 '' LED 3D TV, a Blu Ray player and a music system are also available.
A guest toilet can also be found on this level.
On the upper floor of the house there is a bathroom with shower, toilet and washer dryer. You will also find a hair dryer here. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious closet, as well as a 40 '' LCD flat screen. Another room includes a pull-out sofa bed and an infrared cabin to relax and unwind.
In the extended pointed floor, a second bedroom with 2 separate beds has been created. A closet is also available for use.

Particularities:
Children and parents will find enough space on the beach in Horumersiel-Schillig to play extensively with one another. The construction of the children's play house with its various play corners and the adjacent playground is reminiscent of a kindergarten, only that larger ones get their money's worth here. Creative offers such as pottery, stained glass, silk painting, handicrafts with foam rubber and much more are just as regularly on the program as puppet and clown theater or children's parties.

Children from three years of age can also be looked after by specialist staff by appointment, so that parents can do something without their offspring.
