Chill House - 2 Bedroom House

Come and discover this freshly renovated house located in the charming and peaceful village of Chevannes, with its 2 bedrooms, on a fenced plot of 800m².

Close to the motorway to reach Paris (45kms).

The house consists of a beautiful living room with open and equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine l'or barista...) as well as everything you need to cook; the dining room and the comfortable living room with its video projector offering you a screen of 170x270cm with many channels (cinema, series, sport, youth... and Youtube).

The ground floor also has a bedroom with a double bed 160x200cm and a wardrobe, the bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. You will also find a laundry room with washing machine and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board.

Upstairs, a large attic bedroom with a double bed 160x200cm.
The exterior consists of a large terrace with a table, a parasol, 2 deckchairs and a charcoal barbecue at your disposal.

Sheets/towels and tea towels provided.
Beds made on arrival.
Flexible arrival/departure time on request, subject to availability.
Private access through a closed gate. Two vehicles can be easily parked in the driveway.
The accommodation is totally private.

Bus stop within walking distance to reach Mennecy train station (20min) which takes you to Paris Gare de Lyon in 1 hour.
Close to the Mennecy-Chevannes golf course. A supermarket is located in the village and many restaurants in the surrounding area offer home delivery.

- 45 kms from Paris, 1 hour from Disneyland and 1 hour 15 minutes from Parc Astérix
- 5 minutes from Mennecy (supermarkets, cinema, restaurants,...) and the Parc de Villeroy with cycle paths.
- 5 minutes from the Avaux Forest
