Large eat-in kitchen, a main floor bedroom and 3 roomy bedrooms upstairs provide plenty of room for family and friends. . The backyard boasts patio area for outdoor dining and a fire pit. A great home in a great location!

Magical stay at the Harbor House

The perfect house for a ladies getaway! Sarah greeted us with chilled wine, fabulous charcuterie boards, and a welcome tour of her gracious Harbor Springs house. The home surpasses the photos and description — her impeccable taste is evident in every room. The star of our trip (besides an extraordinary weather week) was the front porch, where we spent most of our downtime. It’s the perfect place to call home while exploring Harbor Springs and surrounding areas. Worth every penny. Hope to stay again soon!

Charming and cozy!

Rented this home for a girls trip and so happy we did! My friends now joke that we vacationed in a Hallmark movie! The home was much larger than expected and the rooms are well done and comfortable. The living room was cozy and decorated for the holidays. We enjoyed quick walks to the downtown during the day(just one block away!) and cozy fires in the evening. Everything we expected and more! The owner was very accommodating and easy to contact. Would definitely rent again!

August Getaway

Spent 5 days with a friend and my sister. This is a beautiful home with amenities too numerous to list. The location is a short walk to the water and downtown Harbor Springs.....a perfect little "Hallmark" town and only a short drive to numerous other lovely sites and towns. Our host (Sarah) was terrific. She even made herself available by phone while vacationing out of the country. I would not hesitate to return or recommend this home to friends and family. Thanks Sarah!

Harbor Springs Vacation

The house was perfect for a group of adults traveling together. The owner was super responsive to questions even though she was out of the country on a trip. Kitchen was first class for a group who enjoys cooking together. Everything in Harbor Springs was an easy walk. We highly recommend this property.

We live in Atlanta, Georgia. We have two daughters who are 17 and 14. My husband grew up in the area and is a sailor. We got married at Holy Childhood twenty three years ago. Six years ago, we started spending the entire summer up in Harbor Springs. It's magical!

Downtown cottage just a few minute walk from beach, park, restaurants and shopping. Sleeps ten with luxury mattresses and linens, a cozy fireplace and a chef’s kitchen. All you need to bring is yourself!

What makes this property unique

All you need to pack are your clothes! All household supplies included: Charmin Toilet Paper, Bounty Paper Towels, Zip Lock Storage Bags, aluminum foil, parchment paper, cling wrap, garbage bags, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
Babies welcome: Graco Pack N' Play, Cotton Pack N'Play sheets, Bumbo 3-in-1 Multi Seat and plastic plates, bowls, cups and silverware.
