1970’s log cabin that’s been well taken care of and updated over the years whilst preserving its original charm.
Quietly nestled on the foothills of the White Mountains, Bear Acres Retreat is a short scenic drive from area attractions including:
• Santa’s Village: 3 minutes
• Littleton: 25 minutes
• Bretton Woods: 35 minutes
• Flume Gorge: 40 minutes
• Mount Washington Hotel: 40 minutes
Upon turning into the driveway, you’ll be welcomed by Teddy the Bear and the beauty of the lot. Sitting on 21 private acres, the area is yours to explore.
This rustic cabins interiors fits perfectly with its woodsy surroundings. The first level walls are made up of large logs milled locally. When you enter, the main living room will be to the left. Thoughtfully designed to be understated with comfort in mind. Here, a gas propane stove is available to cozy up the chilly New England nights. A spectacular view is right outside the sliding doors which walks out into the deck; the perfect place to sip on morning coffee.
The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials to cook up a great meal! Coffee, tea, and hot cocoa are provided in the kitchen.
On the other side of the front door, you’ll find another living room. Equipped with a Roku TV, it’s the perfect spot for nights you’d like to Netflix and chill. Classic board games and puzzles can be found inside the chest.
The main bedroom is on the first floor. A brand new memory foam king awaits. Plenty of drawers and closet space is available to unpack your belongings. Right next to it is a bathroom with shower/tub combination.
Two comfortably sized bedrooms can be found upstairs. Bedroom to the left has a full and queen sized bed. Bedroom to the right has a queen and toddler bed.
The second bathroom with standing shower is in between the two bedrooms.
A washer and dryer is accessible in the basement for your laundering needs.
With a little under 2000 square feet, the cabin is comfortable for 6 and cozy at our max capacity of 8.
