Upon turning into the driveway, you’ll be welcomed by Teddy the Bear and the beauty of the lot. Sitting on 21 private acres, the area is yours to explore.

This rustic cabins interiors fits perfectly with its woodsy surroundings. The first level walls are made up of large logs milled locally. When you enter, the main living room will be to the left. Thoughtfully designed to be understated with comfort in mind. Here, a gas propane stove is available to cozy up the chilly New England nights. A spectacular view is right outside the sliding doors which walks out into the deck; the perfect place to sip on morning coffee.

The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials to cook up a great meal! Coffee, tea, and hot cocoa are provided in the kitchen.

On the other side of the front door, you’ll find another living room. Equipped with a Roku TV, it’s the perfect spot for nights you’d like to Netflix and chill. Classic board games and puzzles can be found inside the chest.

The main bedroom is on the first floor. A brand new memory foam king awaits. Plenty of drawers and closet space is available to unpack your belongings. Right next to it is a bathroom with shower/tub combination.

Two comfortably sized bedrooms can be found upstairs. Bedroom to the left has a full and queen sized bed. Bedroom to the right has a queen and toddler bed.
The second bathroom with standing shower is in between the two bedrooms.

A washer and dryer is accessible in the basement for your laundering needs.

With a little under 2000 square feet, the cabin is comfortable for 6 and cozy at our max capacity of 8.

The mountains are calling! Come retreat to Bear Acres!

Great wedding weekend!
Our adult family stayed at this home in Jefferson for a fall weekend. The accommodations were great, nice and spacious, had everything we needed. The property is beautiful. We would have liked to have more time to enjoy the deck and fire pit. Perfect location for events at Belevieu Barn. No communication issues or problems with the host or property.

nh fall weekend getaway
This place was wonderful, having stayed in many vrbo places prior this one was by far the cleanest, most up to date and easiest to checkin to. Wifi worked great, which was huge with the baby monitors we had. the views were wonderful, especially in the fall. Right around the corner from santa's village, which was so fun to experience with our 2yo .

Already looking to come back!
Bear acres retreat was amazing! The cabin was clean, beautiful and has everything we needed for our family ( daughters 2 and 4 ). It was close to plenty of tourist attractions but to be honest we could have just stayed on the property and enjoy the views, it was tranquil. We can’t wait to be back!

Beautiful cabin close to WMNF Pilot & Pliny Ranges!
We loved our stay here. The property manager created a guidebook with lots of important information regarding access to the property, how to use the HVAC system, clear and easy instructions for clean-up, etc. They also provided everything we needed, including towels (make-up ones too!), bedding, and kitchen tools and pans. They were available to answer any questions during our stay as well. Oh, and sunsets on the back deck were incredible! Close proximity to Pilot & Pliny Ranges and not a bad drive to Mahoosuc Range. We would definitely stay here again!
