Rest in South Holland

Casa Oasa is a holiday home in a quiet bungalow park directly behind the dike on the island of Goeree-Overflakkee. The holiday park in the south of the Netherlands is very green and has no through traffic. Children can discover the area and romp around on a playground. Behind the holiday park are a sports field, tennis courts and a baseball field. It's a four-minute walk to the dike: endless walks, jogging, cycling with a view of the Kramer Sea, which has become a bird sanctuary.

The village of Oude-Tonge (eight minutes' walk) offers a weekly market, a harbor, several restaurants and a small shopping center (Aldi, Albert Heijn, beverage market, household goods, florists and a butcher).

Casa Oasa NL is particularly suitable for families with children who are looking for peace, as well as for athletes who want to concentrate on preparing for running, mountain biking or racing bike competitions. For surfers and sailors is the Grevelinger Sea (7 km away). Here you can rent canoes and make stand-up paddling. There is a shallow beach (without ebb and flow) for swimmers. The open North Sea at the tip of the island is about 30 km (Ouddorp). Longer trips are available to Rotterdam (50 km) or Antwerp (70 km).

Casa Oasa has two terraces with seating (morning and evening sun). If you do not feel like exploring, you can spend the day with a good book in a deck chair in the secluded garden. Here you can decelerate. There are many books and audiobooks available for adults and children, painting things for children and games.

The cozy cottage is equipped with everything necessary and was furnished with love. We are happy if you feel well and enjoy the peace and quiet!

Beautiful little getaway

The property is very cosy and tastefully furnished with a very good selection of books! We were very lucky with the weather and able to eat outside in the secluded garden almost every day.There is a nice square in Oude-Tonge to have some drinks of an evening. The property is well-situated for dog walks as there is a wood with several walking paths nearby. We enjoyed many day trips to Rotterdam, Den Haag/Scheveningen, Dordrecht, Kinderdijk and of course several excursions to the beach. Communication with the hosts was great, they even phoned from their own holiday a week before we were due to leave, in order to answer some questions. We had a lovely time and I would definitely recommend a stay in CasaOasa. In fact, I have already suggested it to a relative!

Ein schnuckeliges Häuschen. Wirklich schön! Der Ort an sich ist das "Problem", denn es gibt dort genau 1 Restaurant und 1 (Cocktail) Bar. Keine Kneipe, kein Bäcker, keine Eisdiele. Die Pizzeria dauerhaft (?) geschlossen. Wir haben uns mit Tagesausflügen allerdings mehr als gut über die Runden gebracht. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner, herrlich ruhiger und entspannender Urlaub. Gerne wieder Holland!

Wir hatten viel Regen, trotzdem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub! Im Haus waren viele Bücher und Spiele - auch für Kinder. Die Vermieterin hat uns extra noch angerufen und uns regensichere Ausflugtipps gegeben. Es gab einiges zu entdecken im Umkreis von 30 min. Autofahrt ohne das jemand nass wurde. Die Musseen sind auf für Kinder toll!

Ruhe und Erholung

Sehr gemütliches Häuschen in ruhiger Umgebung, 2min vom Deich und nicht weit der Nordsee. Viele Bücher, alles vorhanden, was man braucht (von Toaster bis Streichhölzchen), mit kleinem Garten. Familie Kunde hat sich gut um unseren Aufenthalt gekümmert und ist sehr nett! Wir hatten erholsame Tage bei "Nordseewetter".

Schöne Auszeit im Casa Oasa

Es ist einhübsch eingerichtetes kleines Haus mit ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Es ist zwar nicht luxuriös, aber alles Wichtige ist vorhanden und alles ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Park ist sehr ruhig und nahe am Deich gelegen. Leider ist es zu einem Sandstrand etwas zu fahren, war aber nicht so schlimm. Wir hatten Räder dabei und man konnte wunderbar fahren. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war wirklich gut.

Erholsame Zeit in gemütlicher Unterkunft

Nachdem wir im Vorfeld schon mehrere nette Mails mit den freundlichen Vermietern ausgetauscht hatten, haben wir im Juli 2017 zwölf schöne Tage in der Casa Oasa verbracht. Wir fanden im Haus alles vor, was man für das tägliche Leben so braucht (gut ausgestattete Küche), und darüber hinaus noch viele nette und zugleich nützliche Dinge (Wäscheständer, Sonnenliegen, Sonnenschirm, Informationsmaterial zur Urlaubsgestaltung etc.). Der Name "Casa Oasa" ist tatsächlich Programm: Wir haben das gemütliche und liebevoll eingerichtete Reihenhäuschen als Oase der Ruhe und Erholung empfunden. Es war zwar etwas kleiner als erwartet, bot aber dennoch ausreichend Platz für unsere drei Familienmitglieder. Wenn uns der Sinn danach stand, spielten wir mit den reichlich vorhandenen Spielen im Wohnzimmer oder bei gutem Wetter auch auf der Terrasse. War uns eher nach Ruhe zumute, so konnten wir uns jeder auf ein Zimmer zurückziehen und es uns bei einem Buch - zahlreiche Bücher verschiedener Kategorien waren ebenfalls vorhanden - gemütlich machen. Auf dem Grundstück gab es sowohl Gartenmöbel hinter dem Haus in einem nicht einsehbaren Garten als auch die in Holland übliche Bank vor dem Haus. Vom Haus aus konnte man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten das Wasser erreichen, wo man herrliche Spaziergänge unternehmen konnte. Auch zum Dorfzentrum mit Supermarkt war es nicht weit, so dass die Einkäufe immer schnell erledigt waren. Zum Strand mit Bade- und Wassersportmöglichkeiten war man in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto gefahren. Lediglich zum offenen Meer mit Sandstrand war es etwas weiter zu fahren. Viele schöne Dörfer und Städte mit den typischen holländischen Häusern konnte man in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung besuchen und die einheimischen Produkte auf den Märkten vor dem Kauf häufig sogar verkosten. Alles in allem haben wir einen abwechslungsreichen und zugleich auch erholsamen Urlaub in Oude Tonge verbracht!

Wonderful holiday home

A wonderful place, situated close to the south coast of Holland, property is cozy and easy to access to, the lack of washing machine was a biggie for a family of five but we managed and we had a great time there. Most recommended if you're after piece and quiet, fab places to visit and close enough to main cities as Rotterdam.. Loved it! Grace

Ein schönes Häuschen, ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht mit 2 Erwachsenen und drei Kindern (1,5,7). Es ist ein typisches holländisches Ferienhaus, gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem was man braucht (vom Fernseher, Gartensitzecke, vollständig bestückter Küche, WäschEständer, Spielen bis zum Kinderstuhl). Das Feriendorf ist klein aber fein, schön bewachsen mit einem kleinen Spielplatz und der Ort ein guter Startpunkt für diverse Ausflüge. Wir empfehlen, vor allem mit Kindern, einen Besuch der Insel Tiengemeten mit einem einzigartigen Natur-Spielplatz.
