The apartment "Charlotte 3, again with attention to detail" is my third holiday apartment. Since the features and the style of the first two apartments "Charlotte and Charlotte 2" are always very well received with my guests, I want to offer with this one more quality and very cozy apartment.
The apartment is located in the same house as the other two apartments. The house is situated in a residential street in the popular and central district of Trier-Süd. The old house and all the apartments have been completely renovated.
The apartment "Charlotte 3" (2 bedrooms, spacious living-dining room, daylight bathroom with tub, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, plus large terrace) is tastefully decorated with quality and attention to detail. The train (stop Bahnhof Trier-Süd) is in a few minutes walking distance (about 800 meters) and the bus stop is about 200 meters away from the front door.
Both the Imperial Baths, the Cathedral, the Basilica or Porta Nigra, the Roman Museum, the State Museum and the theaters, cinemas, restaurants or the Trierer Stadtbad can be reached by bus in a few minutes (even on foot are z. B. the Kaiserthermen good accessibility about 1.5 km away). Free parking directly at the house (no parking space management, how many times in the Trier City).
Details apartment "Charlotte 3, again with attention to detail" offers accommodation for up to 4 persons, spacious living-dining room, large fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a bath with shower glass, heated towel rails and exterior windows. The apartment has a balcony and a large terrace.
The completely renovated and central Altbauwohnung located in the popular district of Trier-Süd. The two bedrooms each have a double bed (sizes: 180X200 and 160x200). The blankets have the dimensions 135x200 and 80x80 pillow. The bathroom has a bath, heated towel rail, toilet and outside windows. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens to the spacious terrace and entrance hall. In the living room a cozy leather couch (three-seater) and a relaxation deck waiting to give you after a day sight-seeing tour some relaxation.

Schöne Wohnung für ein Wochenende im Herbst.

Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende anlässlich eines Familienbesuches in Trier. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, sehr schön und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Da wir den Balkon und die Terrasse nicht genutzt haben, hat uns die Nähe zu den Bahngleisen nicht gestört. Bei geschlossenem Fenstern hört man nichts davon. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auch wieder kommen.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Eine sehr geschmackvoll und schön eingerichtete Wohnung in guter Lage. Gute Ausstattung in Küche etc. Die Wohnung liegt zwar direkt an den Bahngleisen, aber durch die modernen Fenster stört das nicht weiter. Sehr nette Vermieterin mit zeitnahen Antworten bei den wenigen Fragen die wir hatten. Gerne wieder!

Very nice apartment

Everything was perfect. Easy check-in, very clean and nice apartment. Nice landlord and quick to answer any questions. Only downside is that the city center is about 4 km away and a bit to far to walk

äusserst geschmackvolle Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Das Viertel ist allerdings nicht unbedingt das Schönste von der wunderschönen Stadt Trier und doch etwas vom Zentrum entfernt, wenn man alles zu Fuß erreichen will. Nicht so begeistert waren wir auch von der Lage unmittelbar neben der Bahnlinie. Jetzt bei geschlossenem Fenster im Herbst ging es, im Sommer bei geöffnetem Fenster hätte uns das sicherlich gestört. Die Terrassenfotos geben leider einen etwas falschen Eindruck, da die Terrasse unmittelbar an die Wand des Nachbarhauses angrenzt und das wirkt nicht besonders gepflegt. Man sitzt da schon sehr auf dem "Präsentierteller". Da wir die Terrasse jahreszeitenbedingt nicht genutzt haben, war das allerdings kein Problem. Aber im Sommer hätten wir das schon als eher unangenehm empfunden.

heerlijk verblijf

We hebben hier een weekend lang genoten van Trier en het appartement. Trier is een leuke stad en samen met het aangename verblijf in het appartement kon het niet beter. Het appartement is schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De stad is op loofafstand.

wunderschöne Unterkunft!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super, ruhig, die Innenstadt lässt sich jedoch gut auch zu Fuß erreichen! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe, Parkplatz war auch kein Problem. Besonders die Sauberkeit der Wohnung ist sehr lobenswert! Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Een mooi,ruim en zeer schoon appartement. Een verblijf van een paar dagen met 4 volwassenen is zeer goed te doen. Het centrum is 20 minuten lopen. Je kan ook de bus nemen. Supermarkten en winkels zijn dichtbij.

Wochenende in Trier

Die Wohnung war wunderschön und genauso wie auf den Bildern. Vor allen Dingen war es sehr sauber und ruhig. Der einzige Nachteil war, da wir nicht mit dem Auto da waren, der Weg in die Stadt. Zu Fuss war es schon ein ziemliches Stück oder man musste mit dem Bus fahren. Aber ansonsten war alles top. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, alles da, was man braucht! Nähe zum Zentrum, zur Mosel und zum Weiher einfach Topp! Unser Hund hat sich auch wohl gefühlt! Wunderschöner Aufenthalt über den Jahreswechsel

Unser 4-tägiger Aufenthalt in Trier war wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und wirklich schön eingerichtet. Frau Junkes und ihr Mann sind wirklich hervorragende Gastgeber. Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit dem Fahrrad konnten wir alles wunderbar erreichen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und sehr sauber. Einen Punkt muss ich allerdings für die Eisenbahnlinie abziehen. Da das Wetter super schön war hatten wir natürlich die Fenster und Balkontüren immer aufstehen. Es war dann doch immer recht laut wenn die Züge vorbei fuhren und gerade abends kamen viele lange Güterzüge.

Einfach traumhaft

Frau Junkes ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und die Wohnung einfach wunderbar. Bus- und Bahnanbindung sind hervorragend, das Stadtzentrum ist aber auch zu Fuß in einer halben Stunde gut zu erreichen. Die Abende auf der Terrasse haben uns bei den 35°C draußen besonders gut gefallen. Auch unsere beiden Vierbeiner haben sich pudelwohl gefühlt. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Okay, aber...

Die Wohnung ist stylisch, aber ungemütlich. Die Liege z. B. wirklich unbequem. Die Betten quietschen. Es waren nur zwei Wassergläser vorhanden. Die Vermieter waren am Abreistetag nicht mehr erreichbar, haben trotz sms und Nachricht auf der Mailbox nicht zurück gerufen. Positiv: In einer so sauberen Ferienwohnung waren wir noch nie.
