About the host
Hosted by Peter Carroll
Peter is the 3rd generation to work this property. Irv originally bought the land below and behind the house in the 1930's. Peter's mother, Andie grew up in the house down the hill from the current house. Irv was a farmer in the area where he grew crops and raised cattle and sheep. Andie was a longtime school teacher in the bay area.
Currently, Peter is managing the rental property and wishes he had more time to spend there!

Why they chose this property
The property was inherited from my Andie's father and was part of the property where Andie was raised and grew up. The view is amazing, the people are nice and the town is small and has a certain charm. Its location is perfect as you get to live in the country, but only be 5 minutes from downtown Healdsburg.
What makes this property unique
Incredible views of the valley from the deck. Quiet location a very short drive to downtown.
