Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Owner cancelled 1 hr and 19 min before check-in

I have no impression of the property because I never saw it. I do however have an extremely negative impression of the owner. After driving many hours in holiday weekend traffic, I pulled out my phone to look up the exact address for our 4:00 PM check-in and found that I had received an email at 2:41 PM saying that our reservation had been cancelled and our money refunded because, as the owner put it, "Property is unavailable". Because it was a busy holiday weekend, my son and I spent much of our vacation moving from one hotel to the next to find rooms to stay in for our "vacation". I would never, ever book with this owner again.
