The Cooonr agency offers this charming 50 m² wooden chalet for rent in Chenac-Saint-Seurin-d'Uzet, which can accommodate up to 5 people. It has a 22 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a shared garden of around 2,000 m². We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 22 m² air-conditioned living room with TV, sofa and armchairs
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, filter coffee machine, Senseo coffee maker, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: a bunk bed with a single bed (90×190) above and a double bed (140×190) below
- Bathroom with shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail and WC

Outside:
- A private terrace of around 30 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

A shared area with the Les Vents de Gironde flat, comprising :
- An above-ground swimming pool measuring 3.80 x 5.80 m and 1.20 m high. The steps must be removed after each use. It is open from May to September (opening dates non-contractual).
- A 2,000 m² shared garden, equipped with garden furniture to make the most of the fine weather. Petanque pitch and various fruit trees.

The chalet is ideally located in Chenac-Saint-Seurin-d'Uzet, in a very quiet area at the foot of the hiking trails. All the essential shops in Mortagne-sur-Gironde are nearby. There is also a hypermarket just 12 km away.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (2 vehicles).
