Nestled in the heart of romantic Brittany, our house, completely renovated by ourselves, will welcome you in a small quiet hamlet. It is ideally located to visit the main tourist places such as Mont Saint Michel, Saint Malo, Cancale, Dinard, Dinan and so many other things....
10 minutes from the Cobac Parc and the Bourbansais zoo as well as the Tronchet golf course!
The house is located next to the Mesnil forest where you can enjoy several walks!
The 120m2 house consists of 3 bedrooms upstairs as well as a bathroom and toilet. On the first floor, you will appreciate the kitchen open to the living room, dining room as well as a 4th bedroom with its bathroom and toilet.
Outside, you can relax in the garden furniture and have a good meal after playing a game of pétanque on the field that we did ourselves! On your arrival, the beds are made and towels are provided.
Mesnil Roc'h is a new town which consists of Saint Pierre de Plesguen, Lanhelin and Tressé, you will find bakery, grocery store, tobacco bars, hairdressers, small supermarkets...
