This property will be affected by a City of Bradenton Beach Improvement project. Mandatory construction will occur along this residential street between 7 am and 7 pm, Monday through Friday. Guests can expect noise and street closures during this time. We apologize for the unavoidable inconvenience.

*Please note: 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. Hard to beat the location
Great location, just steps from an uncrowded beach. The decks offered views of the sea and great spots to read and eat. The road nearby is busy and under construction as is a building across the street. Despite that noise (over which the owner has no control), our stay was relaxing and comfortable.

Paradise
Property was spacious, clean, bright and welcoming. Very comfortable and all amenities, exactly as promised. Property managers were helpful and thoughtful in checking on our needs, offering tips and suggestions, and making sure our experience was all it could be. It was a wonderful trip!

Before you book, ask for pictures of the home and the neighborhood
If I could submit pictures, it'd be clear why I was unhappy with the place. I took a bunch, but don't see a way to make them part of the review. The place is not being maintained, parking is very limited, blinds are mostly non-functional, needs door repairs/painting, heat didn't work, construction across the street very loud. Inside the unit, the sofa is all stained. I had to put beach towels on it so I could sit on it. Bring your own beach chairs & beach umbrella because the ones at the unit are junk. Rusty, some broken. The deck umbrella is broken. I reported this, nothing was done. The stairs leading to the unit's door are uneven and several are too short. Definitely not to current code. During our stay they decided to do a bunch of tree removal and landscaping. Maybe would have been ok except there is no place to safely park when people are removing trees. I asked to defer this until we left but that request was refused. When I pushed back, the agent at AMI Locals asked me "are you done"...I guess she didn't want my feedback and was rude about it. I've never really had complaints but I can tell ya the pictures on the website are touched up and cleverly hide the problems. Beware !!! The one positive thing I can say is the location was good for both the beach and Bridge Street.

As advertised
Good place. Difficult to find entrance, not well labeled, especially at night. It would have been good to know it had so many stairs, some boards wobbly on stairs. Bathroom needs a good deep clean.
