Stella Marina on Anna Maria Island

Stella Marina is a lovely duplex suite with all modern new stainless steel appliances: over the stove microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, glass top oven range, and dishwasher, including complement of pots and pans, plates, place setting, a leaf table setting for 6 individuals, and coffee pot. The flooring of the entire suite is a layout of beige ceramic tiles.
In the living room we have a Queen sleeper sofa. A flat TV screen has been mounted on the wall with an articulated arm for your viewing comfort. We have included Roku access & YouTube TV access. In addition, you have access to fast and reliable High Speed Internet service with "Range Extension" , so that you may extend the portability of your electronic devices.
Your comfort continues into the 2 bathrooms with Brushed Nickel fixtures, and soft thick cotton towels, and hair dryer provided.
Two bedrooms, one encompasses a King size bed, while the other is furnished with Twin beds.. All beds feature comfortable Serta mattresses, cotton sheets and plush pillows. Both bedrooms provide ample clothing storage . We also included a baby playpen for the "little ones"...
For your additional comfort A/C and Heating are at your control. Please feel free to share and write "Your Story" in our diary book located in the living room, or simply read the experience of others...
Note: No pets allowed, No smoking allowed, Age limit of 23 or older for person renting property. Please let us know if you have rented a golf cart to hook up to property.

Great location so close to the beach!

Everything you need and so close to the beach. This place is a gem in a very quiet neighborhood. Well equipped and located a very short walk to the beach. The beaches on AMI are great for walking with flat white-sand beaches that go on for miles. The communication was excellent and everything worked as expected.

Perfect comfortable location

Great access to the beautiful beach. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, just like shown in the pictures. I was able to use the shared washer which was very convenient and helpful. The communication and check in process was super easy and convenient! I can’t wait to come back! This is my favorite beach!

Nothing short of amazing

This will be my yearly get away, The island is amazing and the location of the cute little house was amazing as well. I cannot complain about anything from my trip and stay on Anna Maria island. The beds slept so good, House was clean and smelt clean upon arrival. We had zero issues. Must see, must stay place.

Spring break

Comfortable, kitchen well equipped, plenty of towels and outside beach stuff. Close walk to the beach. Trolley nice. The only thing is the deck facing the alley and the Inn garage open to their laundry. It was an enjoyable stay. Thank you.

GREAT VACATION HOME!

We had a wonderful stay. It is so close to the beach, a 45 second walk! Everything you need is included! Nick is a great host and was there to greet us when we checked in and also when we left. He answered all of our questions and was just a phone call or text away if we needed him. This was one of the best experiences we’ve had! I would highly recommended this property and will definitely be returning!

Awesome stay

The house and the island are both beautiful. GREAT location, walking distance to the beach and the bay as well as some great restaurants. The house was very up to date and clean. We enjoyed the beach, the fishing and the beautiful sunsets. We would stay here again without question. Nick does a great job of communicating and definitely made our stay even more enjoyable. Very professional. Overall AWESOME experience!

Stella Marina a "GEM" on Anna Maria Island

We had a girls weekend May 5-9th and the accommodations and location were perfect. We were across the street from the beach and the trolley picks up less than a block away. Nick, the owner, was extremely helpful and generous with his knowledge of the area. I accidently left one of my favorite knives in the kitchen and he had it wrapped and back to me so fast I forgot I left it. We will definitely be back. We can't thank Nick enough for renting out reasonably priced unit! if you're looking for a great location, clean with a true Florida BEACH feel that is reasonably priced you won't be disappointed!

My family and I stayed at the Stella Marina the first week of June. The rental was really nice and extremely clean. The beds were so comfortable including the pull out sofa which is very rare. Only a short walk to the beach which was great. The unit had nice fluffy towels and enough beach towels for our whole party. We were also provided with a beach cart, floats and a charcoal grill for our use as well. Nicholas was exceptional!! He was on vacation during our stay but still contacted me to ensure we arrived and got into the unit. I left some personal pillows behind in the unit upon our departure. I contacted Nicholas and he quickly made arrangements for me to get my pillows back and I was so thankful. He was so helpful and responded quickly for anything we needed even though he was on vacation. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone. I can not say enough good things about the home and our stay. My family and I plan to return to this unit on our next vacation.

A Very Rewarding and Satisfying Experience

Stella Marina is VERY clean and in excellent condition. It is situated one street off of Gulf Drive, so passing traffic is not an issue. It is basically a whole house accommodation that is spacious and essentially caters for your every need. There is a fully equipped and modern kitchen with all the amenities you would find in your own home. There is an en suite bathroom with a very large tiled shower. There is also a full bathroom with a shower over bathtub. The beds are very comfy and the furniture is useful and well appointed. We have made 11 visits to Anna Maria and this has been our best experience yet. Everyone's perception of excellent is a little different, and I would say that we are more discriminating than most, because excellent has to be just that. We can recommend Stella Marina without hesitation and as time permits, we will return. Nick, the property owner, is a very conscientious host and extremely proud of his home. He is warm and personable and totally disarming in his manner. He is full of Italian charm and hospitality and really helps to make a visit the excellent experience that it is. For us, he is more of a friend than a host and this has only been our first visit to him! Choose Stella Marina for your next vacation stay!

Great two bedroom, two bath unit, perfectly furnished, with a washer and dryer, and one block walk to the beach. Also furnished was a beach wagon to bring chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and kid’s beach toys. The refrigerator had an ice maker which was very handy. Communications with the host was easy and almost instantaneous. This is an outstanding unit for a short or long stay at the beautiful Bradenton beach.

Great visit

We enjoyed the stay on AMI. The house was close to the beach where the kids wanted to stay all week, and also close to other needs as far as grocery store or restaurants.

GREAT location- close to the beach!

This property was awesome- it was close to the beach, and a half-mile or so walk down to the Cortez Bridge area restaurants and shops. It has two bedrooms and a pull out couch. You will need to take salt and pepper and any other spices or cooking supplies you need.It's small space, but it's clean and well maintained.

When I decided to renovate the West side of my duplex Stella Marina, my goal was to create a comfortable clean, and appealing home atmosphere in which guest can feel and experience a sense of their own home quality, while relaxing and enjoying the beaches here at Anna Maria Island.

What makes this property unique

To feel the sensation of the warm fine sand between your toes, to stare at the Gulf of Mexico horizon vivid color hues during sunset is just a short minute away.
Stella Marina provides beach chairs and beach cart, towels, charcoal grill, and enclosed outside shower to rinse off salt and sand. Also you have the convenience of a washer and dryer for your use provided on the premises.
Parking on Anna Maria Island is at a premium and mostly private. While here at Stella Marina you will have ample free parking for 2 vehicles, one under the shade.
Relax outside the front door on a large deck where you can sit and gaze the surrounding nature and neighborhood. Bring or rent bicycles and venture the island by following designated bicycles paths.
